I thought after me trying to apply everywhere Ferratum pulled through for me and I really appreciated that help. Then I paid off the micro loan then applied for a larger amount and Ferratum approved me, which helped me in many ways. The process was easy,fast and I had the money the same day. That was awesum.thank you

Applied for a loan got approved but took days to get my money into my account, they say fast loans theres nothing fast about it i won't be going through ferratum again absolutely useless i called and got two different responses lucky to be getting 2 stars

Overall it was pretty good. Didn't get the amount I asked for even though it was easily serviceable & response was a little slow (a few days) but outcome was good. The time from when I received an SMS telling me everything was approved to the smooth depositing of funds was very painless. Good job with that.

I am a returning customer, so Ferratum have all of my details already.
Applied six hours ago and still haven't received a response confirming if I've even been approved.

Online chat wasn't available for the duration of the day.
Requested a call back, haven't received it.
Sent two emails, no response.
Facebook message, no response.
Called 18 times, each time call failed.

Finally got on to a customer service representative who told me it could take up to 4 hours before I would hear back, I advised it was well past the 4 hour mark at this stage and she said they only had it in their systems saying I applied 3 hours ago? Which I know is completely incorrect, and that phone call was over an hour ago itself with still no response.

I understand we're coming off the back of the long weekend and perhaps that's brought on an influx of people, but then don't advertise as being a one hour service, put something on your website saying you're experiencing a busy period, return calls or emails, don't have me chase you for hours on end, I noticed you had updated your Facebook status an hour ago but haven't managed to call me back or provide an answer to my application.

I did everything right, I applied during the time frame that was asked of me to have my loan approved and paid to me today and unless I somehow get an answer to my application and a fund transfer within the next 15 minutes I know I won't receive these funds until tomorrow at the earliest; if that is of course you bother to answer me then.

Excellent- I had a emergency recently where the kitchen tap lines broke and flooding ensured.
I contacted Ferratum to see if they could help me purchase some replacement equipment and I am pleased to say in less that 3 hours I had my money.
