Ordering and shipping to the U.S. for a quality custom leather product was a good experience and worth the wait. The hood is fantastic, everything I wanted, and fits wells. I can wear it for long periods of time with no problems, preferIng to keep it on. Thank you.

Sadly poor quality soft steel in their steel restraints has in my opinion made their steel stocks unfit for purpose. I suggest they re-examine where they source their materials from.
I’ve been a customer of Fetters for over 30 years but now I’m now very reluctant to buy anything else from them even though they offered a full refund because where else have they cut corners on quality?
