My experience with Fibrely as a home broadband provider was faultless—I never had any issues during my time with them. I eventually decided to cancel because a competitor was offering more for less, which made it an easy decision.
While the cancellation process itself wasn’t entirely smooth, the two agents I spoke with made a real difference. Jane and Miles are a true asset to Fibrely. Always quick to answer and sorted the issue straight away. Matthew helped me today and was patient and stayed on the call whilst the reset happened. Call got cut off and they called me back so I didn’t have to go through the options again. So refreshing to have quick easy service compared to my previous provider.

purchased with Fiberly with a selected date of March 26th for installation, I was then told after payment that installation would be March 31st and that I would be online from March 31st I already had Fibre line installed so there was no need for the 1 week wait for the engineer to come out.
Openreach engineer came March 31st and the WiFi was working for over 2 hours and has now stopped working.
Fiberly are now telling me I need to wait until because they have no contact with Openreach who need to remotely activate the line? The same line that the engineer activated in the morning.
I’ve been misled from the moment of purchase and have not been informed at all of these delays throughout the process.
Fiberly is a middle man and has 0 contact with the ISP that actually provides the service and cannot troubleshoot issues when they arise.

I've had no issues with Fibrely since I joined a year ago. I've had to contact customer services twice, once for technical advice and received exactly the correct settings very quickly. Secondly by email for an account query which was resolved 15 minutes later by Charmaine. Customer Service is fantastic and my Fibre broadband is the same.
