Left without making sure everything was…

Left without making sure everything was working after assurances that they would. After two phone calls to customer service it still hadn’t been resolved expecting me and my husband who are both in our eighties to try and sort it out. I had to get my son to come over the next day and he sorted out. I wasn’t very happy at all.
