Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing these pills. Order GB-20235133907 arrived early Feb and I was eager to take. Apart from giving me a real bad headache for the first few days I felt no effect at all. Do not believe in their misleading marketing techniques, this is a total rip off and they do not accept returns after 14 days. They take quite a few days to arrive from Germany so 14 days is clearly not long enough to trial them properly!
When contacting their customer support you will quite often receive an automated response only vaguely relating to the question asked.
Not happy at all. Stay away, daylight robbery.

Didn't work for Me.
These slimming tablets didn't work for Me at all, I tried them for a month with a calorie Controlled diet and I lost no weight whatsoever but they might work for someone else, I asked for a Refund and got it within a couple of days.

They really take the pee, literally. I had a bad bladder before. Now I'm going 4 times on hour at night and more regularly in the day. Lost 2 pounds in the 1st month which has gone back on. Now on second pack. Not worth the money at all. Will be looking to get a refund.

Very much an over inflated advert
Very much an over inflated advert, over priced and very much lacks results. Ironically, it's advert and pictures are identical to another wonder 'natural' fat buster.
I think it's very safe to say that the only weight I lost was in my wallet. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Update: I note Figur has responded and asked for my order number (GB-20235101461) (28/01/23).
I ordered a three month supply at a cost of £105.
I will also copy my Trustpilot update to the email address Figur has noted and keep Trustpilot in the loop.
Another foot note after further reading: The catch you advert states what the capsules contains. The information in the package states they may contain???
In addition, the packaging that the capsules are housed in, can only be described as the cheapest available. The sleeve that holds Tesco's paracetamol is far more superior and is under 80pence.

SCAM!!! I returned these unopened at a cost of £10.90 and they have received them but no replies to my emails for a refund. I will now contact my credit card company who will deal with this matter. Hopefully they can close the scammers down.

I wish had looked here before I stupidly believed the advert. I tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched but they could not do this. I returned the envelope unopened, marked return to sender as they suggested to avoid paying shipping costs. This was 4 weeks ago and they are still saying they have not received it back. Not to mention that they charged me over £100 instead of the £30 advertised. This has been a very costly and stupid mistake. Please avoid.

Always look at reviews before considering buying anything. Don’t touch these with a barge pole!
Still not received a refund and told not to keep emailing. It’s completely infuriating and unfair as you’re saying to some you’re initiating the refund process and won’t budge with others regardless of whether it’s within the 14 day money back or not! As I’ve said time and again you need to up your customer service levels and show some goodwill! Just responding to emails with a generic reply isn’t looking after your customers. Surely it’s hugely embarrassing to see all these reviews and yet you don’t seem keen to rectify anything! Seems to be very selective refunding going on here and it’s shocking!
