I am still trying to FIGUR it out
I decided to order these after reviewimg positive reviews. I did not see trust pilot reviews but wished I had. The affiliation with Dragons Den was what really sold it to me. I purchased 3 boxes in January at a cost of £109.95 however only received 2 boxes. On contacting the company the customer service was good and they promptly sent the 3rd box.
I have been using them religiously since the last week in January and despite eating well, reduced calorie intake increased water intake and maintaining a regular exercise regime I can honestly say they DO NOT work. I have not lost any significant weight since introducing them to my diet in fact I have lost 2lb since introducing them and feel that they have made me feel more bloated and constipated, so I am really unclear as to where all the positive reviews came from.
I am very disappointed to have paid over £100 with no evidence of experiencing the benefits that this supplement promotes.
I contacted figur to notify them that I had not seen any benefit of using this product and to ask where was the best place to add a review. I received the response from Lea in customer services, as below but was unable to leave a review on their website with the link provided.

These do not work at all
These do not work at all. I made a purchase on 2nd January 2023 for 3 boxes, costing just under £110 and have just finished them. I stuck to a very healthy diet, exercised 5 times a week and expected to see the pounds drop off as promised but I lost less than I did in just November and December using the same diet and exercise regime, that's a month less and without these 'wonder' pills and I did cheat a few times over Christmas too. I'll carry on with just eating healthily, doing 12,000 steps a day and working out 5 times a week and I recommend that everyone else tries this. Emailed the company requesting a refund but had no reply. So, obviously they are a scam company making money with no accountability to their customers. Shame! Total waste of money. This doesn’t work. I’m another fool and was taken in by this product. I ordered 3 months supply. After taking them for two months I haven’t lost an once. Been taking these since January, I purchased 3 months supply for £109.95.
I have done everything correctly as in the instructions and I have not lost a pound. I think it is definitely a scam. I only bought them because of the reference to Dragons Den and I am sorely disappointed. DO NOT BUY - Complete rubbish
I really wanted to give these the benefit of the doubt and try them for at least 8 weeks as advised. There were so many bad reviews, but people had only been trying the tablets for a month, so I gave them the best shot. SO DISAPPOINTED AND ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Very Disappointed
Figur - don’t waste your money
I bought 3 months of Figur pills, this alleged weight supplement having read what I now believe to be false reviews. I have lost no weight whatsoever and have constipation and bloating.
It said it would take 6-12 weeks to lose weight. I have given it that time but lost nothing, even doing exercise and dieting. I am very disappointed.
I feel very stupid for being so gullible and am worried what is actually in the pills I have been taking given that they seem a scam.
