I couldn’t recommend Bryce highly enough. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole mortgage process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood every option before making any decisions.

I completely trusted his advice and found him extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. No matter how many questions I had, I always felt comfortable asking, and he would come back to me quickly and patiently explain everything.

Bryce is also genuinely polite and understanding of how stressful buying a home and arranging a mortgage can be, which made a huge difference to the whole experience.

Chris has been our financial advisor for 30 years. He's very professional and explains all your options clearly, and I highly recommend him. Chris always contacts us when our mortgage is needed to be reviewed, so that a new offer is arranged, and in place, ready to start in good time. We've recommended Chris to friends and family who also after many years are still using his services now. He's always at the end of the phone whenever we've needed help or advise.

I was very impressed with the service from this company. My advisor, Petru Balan was exceptional in the knowledge and detail with which he advised our family, and he went the extra mile to secure us the mortgage rates we wanted, at a time where there was instability and rates were going up. In the run to making the offer, no detail was left unexplained, no question unanswered, with patience and top-class professional conduct but most importantly, being on his client's side. I needed a lot of advice and hand-holding, and I got every advice I needed at every stage in my mortgage application until I got my keys. Our case wasn't straightforward, and it is at times like these where such a difference can be made by a professional with interest and passion for what they do, and our advisor is one of those excellent professionals. Our advisor Carl was very efficient, spoke in a clear way in which we understood things explained process’s and terms which made things easier for us to understand. Carl and his team Jill Craigs were very supportive and very efficient with things. Was recommended Carl through a friend and I would highly recommend him and his team to any others planning on using his services. The other thing I would like to mention which made his service great was the continuous communication and keeping in touch not only that but he was contactable and would return emails and calls in a good timely manner which for me made a big impact on the service 10/10.

I have had the opportunity to get advice and service from Carrie. Initially 5 yrs ago and the renewal of my mortgage recently. She is always super helpful, gives great advise and listens to your ideas too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and did just so to a friend. Again, Carrie helped her with initial advice without any charge and I know she’s going back to Carrie when she’s ready to get her own mortgage soon. Fantastic service.
