Previously the company was very helpful. However, once it was discovered that I had missed paying one bill, for which I apologised, I asked for a temporary monthly repayment- I was refused and threatened with further actions. I had promised to repay the debt in full once we moved. This too was rejected. We moved on the 12th and repaid the debt in full as I had promised. I am totally both disappointed and disgusted with how the company treated a 73 year old widow.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with how FindYourPPI dealt with this case. Without going into too much detail on this public forum, we are finding that many of the banks are taking a very long time to provide us with copies of the Final Response Letter, despite continuous correspondence from FindYourPPI chasing these letters.
With regards to the issue with your authority form, I can confirm that the paperwork was in order and should have been accepted by the bank. Finally, its not uncommon for the banks to contact our clients directly to recover information regarding their circumstances at the time the policy was taken out. We encourage our clients to provide as much information as possible as this allows the bank to conduct a more thorough investigation. However, at any point, our clients are able to refer the bank to FindYourPPI instead.
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the lenders delay but we at FindYourPPI very much appreciate your custom and hope you enjoy your compensation!
Sent an invoice over 2 years later
Sent an invoice over 2 years of the refund. I know they insist it is all on their forms but when I asked for copies they only sent 2 pages. I am sure that the phone conversations insisted that they take the money at source! I did send them a letter along with a financial statement which is Grim to say the least. Due to Heart and Lung Failure. But no Empathy from them whatsoever! They want the money in a minimum of 3 months!

We are very sorry about the delay caused by this but hope that you were happy with the outcome of your claim that we helped you to achieve.
Length of time to wait before requesting fee!!!
You took much too long to request your fee, 16 months is a very long time, especially when you haven't got it, even though covid first hit hard last April but at least the end of last year would have still been fresh in memory and the pocket, not impressed.
