I asked ppi to help with my wife's ppl , we filled out her paperwork and sent it off, unfortunately she then passed away. Suddenly no interest at all from ppl. To much work involved I expect, or to difficult to find out the info.

I can see that we were successful in assisting you in claiming PPI on one of the two claims identified for your late wife but that we advised you to pursue another one of those claims directly with your wife’s bank, in your best interests, as we were so close to the PPI deadline that we were not confident of being able to satisfy the bank’s strict protocols for third party handling of such accounts. We gave you all the information necessary for you to contact the bank directly and did not charge a fee.

very poor rating
On receiving a letter from you stating there would be court action if I didn’t pay the amount due of £471.01 I panicked and paid the amount. I received no previous letters! After paying it I remembered any time I got a cheque , and there were no large amounts paid to me, I always paid the fee . I am not the sort of person who likes to be in debt. I did try emailing you with this to no avail. I would like this matter looked into as I DONT think I owe you this sum of money as I never received large amount of cheques. I would request you send me a copy of the paperwork for this fee ASAP as I think you have made a big mistake. I am a 63year old woman and I don’t need this. Send info ASAP for me to check for myself. Very poor review from me.

Thank you for your feedback, Mr Mahmood. We do not invoice our clients or expect payment of our fees until we are as sure as we can be that our client has received a compensation payment from their lender.
Without going into too much detail on this public forum, having been told by your lender that they had made a payment to you, we can see that we emailed you on a number of occasions, requesting documentation and providing instruction for you to obtain further information from your Lender regarding your settlement. Unfortunately you were not able to provide any evidence or updates and our invoice remained payable as per our Terms and Conditions. You then made payment of our invoice in full which was an indication to us that you had located your payment, as no evidence to the contrary was forthcoming. If however, you are now able to put forward the documentation that we requested, we kindly request that you do so and we will be happy to review this information.

Had no issues with this Company. They found thousands of pounds over multiple PPI claims for me. They charge 24% total of each claim but that's pretty standard. Considering most of the bank claim refund is interest, it doesn't actually cost you in reality.

FindYourPPI were very good. It would have been a lot of hoops to jump through without them and I reckon they've found more money that I would have done.
I would have given 5 stars if their percentage was a little lower but, nevertheless, I am very satisfied.

Found PPI I didn't know I had. Granted it took over 3 years to get it sorted and paid out, but covid did mean there were added delays. Happy with the end result.

This company took all the hassle out of claiming my money back, even when the bank tried to get out of paying they sorted it out. The only improvement I would suggest is they should introduce a customer help line to enable customers to call up for clarification instead of everything happening through email.

Helped me receive two payments back and a third ongoing
Nothing but great things to say about “find your PPI” I have found everything smooth and any forms have been easy. I have already received two payments back from the banks with a third still in progress. I only knew I had one - of which was forced on me if I wanted to take out the product at the time!

Without going into too much detail on this public forum, delays to your lender processing and paying compensation for your claim were not the fault of FindYourPPI, they were the result of a backlog at all lenders caused by the high volume of last minute claims in 2019 and exacerbated by the initial Covid-19 lockdown – leading to banks reducing their PPI investigation activities in 2020. We can confirm that we contacted you on two separate occasions asking you to complete a PPI consumer questionnaire for your complaint to give your lender more information on why you felt you were mis-sold the PPI policy. However, we are pleased to say, that your lender investigated your claim, in line with our instructions, even though you did not complete a questionnaire and we are happy to have helped you to achieve a successful outcome. We are very grateful to you for choosing FindYourPPI to help you with your claim and for settlement of our invoice.
Our fees that you signed up to when you asked us to represent you are 20% plus VAT for any successful claim, and are not based on the amount of work we invest in achieving a result. We process claims with bigger payouts at a profit so that we can also process small or unsuccessful claims at a loss. We have to hold our hands up, however, and say that we were not prompt in invoicing you for our services and we have written to you separately to apologise for this delay.
