Well worth the effort

Did nothing that I couldn't have done…
Did nothing that I couldn't have done myself. I spent more time chasing them for information. Not kept up to date and just blamed others. Shouldn't take on cases if they don't have the resources to cope.
Top tip: Do it yourself. It's alot easier than you might think.
