Ignite+ did a first class job of installing the wood burner and I would have no problem recommending them. I was impressed from the initial visit to survey the work to completion of the installation.
On installation day the team arrived as promised and the workmanship was high quality.

We had a superb experience using Ignite for our new stove. From Darren's initial visit to ascertain our wishes and give appropriate advice on site, our helpful visit to the showroom, through the installation process, to the friendly post-fitting visit to demonstrate the most efficient use of the stove, they were nothing short of outstanding! We were very impressed with the actual fitting, the team being helpful, tidy and good-humoured. We would unreservedly recommend Ignite, as we now have a wonderful stove which greatly enhances our room and home.

From initial enquiry to completed installation we have had outstanding service from all at Fires by Ignite. There was no high pressure sales rather an informative and considered approach taken by Daren.
We were able to make decisions based on his recommendations and believe those recommendations to be reasonable and appropriate.
The time frame for installation was explained and kept to and the installation team were very polite , friendly and did a professional job, even giving a thorough clean up when finished.
The cost of the new stove and the installation was very reasonable and fair.
All in all a very good customer experience.

The whole process from start to finish has been an absolute pleasure.
Darren and Helen were brilliant with communication in the build up to the 'big day', and the installation team of Nat & Wayne really did this friendly company proud.
The installation was absolutely faultless. A hard, busy day no doubt, but everything was done with pride and to the highest standard. Nat & Wayne gave updates throughout, but i was completely happy to let them take the lead and suggest dimensions of the chimney breast, for example - it is well proportioned and looks fantastic, it is very clear they are experts! Their workmanship throughout is exemplary, especially given that most parts are now covered up - this made no difference to Nat & Wayne - as everything needed to be 'just right'.
I am still staggered what was achieved in just one day!
I simply cannot recommend Ignite+ enough.

Darren and the team offer a first rate service. Every interaction was perfect, from survey, showroom visit, installation to beam installation.
I expected the end result to be perfect, which it is, but additionally the whole team go above and beyond to ensure that the whole process is a pleasure. They take care in your home and you can tell that service really matters to them.

Darren and his team fitted our new log burner on the 3rd Aug 2022. We are absolutely delighted with the stove and have been very impressed with the service we have received throughout our dealings with Ignite.
They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The installation was carried out with refreshing attention to detail and every effort was made to minimise disruption and mess. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent installation from Darren Wayne and Team. It is was all done in a day and proper attention to detail throughout. We opted for the Clock Multifuel which looks great-not lit it yet-far too hot!

We instantly liked Darren from when he came to do the survey/quote, he was very personable and knowledgeable and was very kind listening to our 6 year old daughter even though I'm sure it made him late for his next appointment! Helen was great at communicating throughout, organising a visit to the showroom and confirming all the details in readiness for installation. Darren and his team turned up exactly on time, the two lads who worked with him were lovely and polite. The job was finished in great time and everything cleaned up afterwards.
