From the first appointment to enquire about a stove right through to the demonstration of the fitted stove Ignite+ have been excellent. On time for every appointment, replied to every email and text promptly and were very clean and tidy during installation. Polite team and always professional. Great job.

Darren and his team lowered the plinth of the old open fire place, rebuilt the floor, plastered surrounding walls and put in our gorgeous log burner. They also arranged to have a deep clean of the chimney last minute which allowed the work to be completed on time. From quote through to installation and final product, these guys were exceptional in all respects, total perfectionists and they have given our living room it’s soul. Can not recommend highly enough.

I needed parts for an old Charnwood stove. Almost certainly due to my own failure to specify the exact model one of the parts did not fit. Helen proved to be a superb advocate on my behalf with Charnwood and the correct part was ultimately supplied. All this was done with cheeriness and a real sense of commitment to excellent customer service

I chose a fire that ultimately looked out of place - Darren and Wayne read the situation perfectly and sorted on installation day with a different fire without making me feel anything other than that my satisfaction was the most important thing. They worked their socks off on a roasting hot day (that for them must have gone on forever) and maintained their sense of humour throughout.
I love my tinder box and its straight flue and have only positive things to say about the company

Do NOT think of going anywhere else! From the very first contact through to a few minor follow-up queries the responses were immediate, supportive and thoroughly professional. The advice was understanding, uncomplicated and unambiguous. The fitting was exceptionally efficient, uncluttered and impressively tidy. We've used other suppliers who were very good but Darren and his team took things to another level, and some! Very many thanks.

Couldn’t recommend Darren and the team highly enough. From start to finish they have been so professional. I wanted someone to take control and organise everything end to end, Darren did just this.
When on site the guys were so friendly and tidy, lovely to have here, I was sad to see them go! Best in the business for sure.

All I can say is thank you so so much for the installation.
My wife had a stroke and was in hospital. We had to make modifications to the house to get her home. She had always wanted a log burner and I didn't think it would be possible for the install within two weeks between me asking for the quote and my wife coming home. Darren and his team at Ignite were superb! Pulling out all the stops and working on their day off to get the burner fitted the day before my wife came home.
They were professional, friendly and very tidy.

From the start of the enquiry into purchasing a wood burning stove to the installation Ignite + have been outstanding. Darren is obviously very passionate about the products he sells and could not do enough to assist and answer any questions we had about the products and the installation process. In addition the lady who we initially contacted at Ignite+ ( I believe her name is Helen) was also vey helpful and professional. Their customer service was exemplary and the installation team did a superb job even managing to finish ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Ignite+ to anybody looking to purchase a wood burning stove. My wife and I are really impressed with the stove and quality of the installation, even the cat loves it, as she now spends most evenings stretched out in front of the stove.

From start to finish it was a professional job and an easy decision to make. Darren, Kevin and Wayne did a fantastic job of putting in a lovely wood burning stove, just took over a day from start to finish. There will be dust but they do a tidy job. Can't recommend enough!

Darren and Ignite+ came highly recommended by friends of ours and our own experience proved just how valid that recommendation was. From the initial survey to the showroom visit, installation and follow up ‘how to use your stove’ visit Darren was a delight to interact with – responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The installation team, including Darren, got the job done in a day and similarly left a great impression. Options were always discussed without a sales pitch and a risk that we might need a cherry picker for installation of the flue was averted which kept costs down. Would definitely go straight to Ignite+ again for any future requirement and have no hesitation in recommending them.
