Not refunding when I didn't even get shipped the product I paid for.
Ordered some Riftbound Spirit Forged packs, got an email saying they sold them at a convention, told me I'd have 3 days to respond for a bank refund or they'd refund me via store credit automatically. Fair enough, I thought, so messaged them an hour later after receiving the email. Haven't refunded me for any of them (about £40's worth) and are ignoring my emails, no store credit, no bank refund. No responses. I've tried to contact them via multiple social medias, emails and just nothing. Terrible. Staying away from this place.

Genuinely excellent service
I managed to find a game expansion that was out of stock in almost all other retailers and firestorm cards provided excellent 24 hour shipping. All in all, I’m incredibly impressed! Will buy from them again.

Worst experience so far..
I ordered off Amazon, they shipped it with la poste which is known for it's horrible service, luckily it got to Germany via DHL, except the package could not be delivered. I still don't know why.
I contacted the seller on Amazon and they did not respond at all.. luckily I got the refund thanks to Amazon A-Z policy. This experience made it clear for me, NEVER order from here AGAIN.
