Great course

Very professional trainers knowledgeable and experienced, the support was great thoroughly enjoyed the course. I would highly recommend doing the course

Five days on the 15th floor, thankfully one of the three lifts was working, else it's 300 stairs!
Two very knowledgeable trainers with a wealth of real world experience from their front line day to day jobs and out of hours event first aid.
Based in the offices of a CP training company, the clients on my course have a wide mix of backgrounds, adding to the variety of experience, age and relatable stories that bring the first aid to life.

I had a great learning experience with first aid executives. Everything was wonderful.
The only suggestion I have is to provide the first aid handouts to participants to keep updated after the course.

Jason’s frec3 course was outstanding. He combined deep industry knowledge with crystal-clear explanations, making complex material feel approachable. Every question was met with patience and real-world examples, and his professional, encouraging style kept the class engaged from start to finish. I left confident, well-prepared, and genuinely inspired—can’t recommend Jason highly enough!

I attended the FREC 3 course as part of my Close Protection course as it is very desirable in the industry. The process from applying for a place to starting was very simple and easy to follow, with the team on hand to answer any questions.

The actual course was delivered in a clean and well resourced centre. The instructor (Jim) was extremely knowledgeable and used his own experiences to tailor the course delivery to a group of students from both the security industry and also a search and rescue service. He left no question unanswered and provided very detailed explanations to all subjects being covered. We were constantly quizzed/given test practical exercises on things we had learned which helped us to retain the information and also confirmed to us we knew what we should either say, write or do in a situation.

I can’t find fault or anything bad to say about the company and I will definitely be using them again for my refresher course and further courses and have already recommended this to a few of my former colleagues looking for qualifications.

Jason was an amazing, super good teacher i left feeling that I had a really good understanding of what i needed. He was super engaging, and effective.

Besides the keen insight, the realistic moments, and the insights, I found it enjoyable and hilarious. Now, I wait to begin FREC4 with Jason and his team.
