I had a good team and the teachers were…

I had a good team and the teachers were great guys, plus I'm glad I have a qualification in first aid from Lyndon House in Birmingham as it was a great experience, I can't wait to go back soon hopefully.

FAE and Phoenix Group

Very professional setting nice and quiet for learners to listen to the teacher.

Michelle was lovely and made an effort to pass on all relevent information to the course

And Ian was an outstanding teacher who was extremely knowledgable

Utterly professional

Was a really well run course

These guys came to the rescue and had a course running in December which was an absolute god send!

Was a really well run course, parking at morrisons is available and I just claimed back from my employer.

The venue was good, staff on site were great and the instructor who ran the course was fantastic.

The admin team and directors were more than helpful!

Great course FREC

Having done a FREC course in October the training delivered was fantastic. Very Informative a the trainer that delivered was fantastic.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I had my FREC 3 course scheduled, but it was rescheduled 3-4 times. After requesting a refund, it's been 6 weeks with no response. Communication is a mess and completely unacceptable.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. I have paid for and was supposed to attend their FREC 3 course in May, they have since cancelled and tried to rearrange the course 3 times. I have cancelled and requested a refund a month ago and I am still yet to receive any refund. Their communication is horrendous and their time management/admin is no better at all. Please, avoid this company at all costs.
