Deliver on time, super fresh produce, wonderful customer service. Love, love, love

the delivery was late and it was rotten and mouldy. i should have recieved it on the friday but i got it on the monday after a long hot weekend in either the van or the warehouse. i threw it all away as it was so bad. i spent £264 on it with nothing to show for it. i have messaged them four times and still no reply. it’s so wrong.

poor service. sent 2 emails when their delivery driver delivered to the wrong house and the food was left out over night. No response. Avoid.

They sell special products that I can't find elsewhere so I got excited but then I got moldy lemons, moldy raspberries, moldy mushrooms, and cheese expired a month before. It's a problem when the raspberries cost £10. I wrote to them the day of the delivery as they say on the site but 10 days later, still no reply.

Update: I got a refund, by contacting them on the email they gave here, I think the email on their site is out of date

The produce was good, but for the 2nd time was damaged in transit - the packs of burrata burst and the liquid soaked through all the other constants and the cardboard of the box; the Post Office had opened it and packed the burrata and the outer box in plastic bags, but everything was soaked and smelly.

First Choice is wonderful! Its fresh vegetable and fruits are of very high quality, and at a better price than local organic shops. We are very happy with their delivery as well, which normally comes within 2 days and in early mornings. We will recommend it to our friends and will continue to use it.

I received less than I ordered and the bananas I did receive we're bad and have now sent 2 emails to you and await a response.

My order not been delivered on time, the parcel was damaged. I had customers who order cakes from me, unfortunately I have to call and explain that I can’t make it on time. So I lost order, and not sure if this customers will come back to me.

I never got confirmation of ddelivery date whereas I asked for it and it was therefore delivered when I was not supposed to be there and confirmed the day after ???!!

There is obviously a serious deflaut in follow up of customer service

THe salmon was poor tasting and this has been a recurring issue with the product over the past two years.. 50% of the time it is lovely and tastes smoked; the other 50% of the time it is tasteless and plain - this time it was in the latter variety.

I did not receive my order. I cannot contact customer service, emails are bouncing back and I don't receive any answer.

Not for the first time eggs were damaged a 1/3 of a tray smashed and egg got inside veg& bread not a happy person left message on voice male no reply 5days ago does not help big sign says this way up then the courier leaves it the other way up

My favorite shop for tasty, healthy food. I highly recommend this shop, the prices are lower than other brands I've used and the quality is high.

bought some pies,, only to find a very large bone still in it whhich could have easily choked me or my kids,,,, then the after care was terrible...

As always, great quality food, well packaged and delivered right on time. It’s nice to be able to get special foods when they are in season, like mushrooms, herbs, unusual fruit and veg.

Excellent service and delicious produce as ever .would recommend anyone to use first choice.

Saw the item I wanted from first choice produce. It was great they had it. Also item came on time( which was shown on their website). Very Happy I will order again and use first choice produce.
