Still dont have my order. Very bad communication. Never order anything again

I have not received my item & after numerous emails no response!!

Its a SCAM!!! Never received items Ive ordered!! Been waiting 3 months now! Kwesi, what goes around comes around-karma will hit what you love the most!

That’s a fake reseller. They send you many tracking number and you’ve never get your order.

Fake Company they took my money and never sit my jacket I had to get with a bank and cancel the payment is people are fake

If you have bought anything from Firstgearmoto I suggest you CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD and get your bank to refund you before it is too late. Odain Sheppard and Kwesi Sheppard are fraudulent scammers. Odain and Kwesi, I feel sorry for your mother.

I ordered alpinestars leather jacket in 19.4.2019 with free international shipping to Finland. The jacket never arrived. Tracking number shows that the jacket never left USA. Very poor response to emails.

Not even sure this is a real business! Took my money but sure did NOT receive any products. Your company has given me the run around from the get go.

Do NOT shop here! Site is a total scam run by one person Kwesi Sheppard. No items in stock, and if you give them your money you will not get any items! Tried for over 2 months to get one item shipped and finally got money returned thru MasterCard. Total ripoff scammers!

Fake fake fake!!!! Will never even buy anything from this fake online store. I “purchased”a bike KTM shirt for my colleague, was never charged shipping, the store sent me a confirmation email with fake tracking number and the item was supposedly delivered to florida instead of michigan. Very disappointed. I co reacted the store approaching them that they are fake and they said my money will be reimbursed - a lie. I went to my bank and filed a disputed and got my money back (the credit card was canceled).

STAY AWAY!!!!

Late replies and quite possibly a scam. Just got back in touch with them and they assure me that the item that I bought will be delivered. To be continued...

This "company" is a fraud. Theyre NOT a company. I bought a Dainese waist bag and NEVER received it and when I tried to reach someone they replied to my email with a fake tracking number. PPL BEWARE DO NOT buy from this "company" I am in the process of filing a claim to have my credit card company refund me my money.

If 0 Stars was an option I would be selecting that! This company is a joke it's been over 100 days now since I placed an order and nothing has come of it after countless emails I have sent to them they still haven't been able to sort anything out, only excuse after excuse, the deals may look good but trust me go somewhere else this isn't safe.

Order placed mid February 2019. It’s now the end of March 2019 and my order hasn’t arrived to Australia. Numerous emails sent, two different UPS tracking numbers supplied with both tracking numbers saying my order has been ‘Delivered’ in the USA and not Australia. I emailed Firstgearmoto on the 25th of March 2019, no reply. It would now appear that I’m not going to get two things from Firstgearmoto, they are as follows:

1/ My order.

2/ A reply to my last email.

If you’re reading this review may I wish you good luck with your order, especially if you’re order is from outside of the USA.

I placed an order early February and I'm still waiting...

I am not happy at all concerning my purchase.

First : Through the purchase process, you has contact me about 10 days after I have pass and paid may order to asked me to change my first choice because what was on sale on-line (black colour), that I bought and paid for, was out of stock!!
You asked me if I wanted the orange KTM model. Sure not that I didn’t wanted it and we came to the agreement for the Dainese model.

Secondly: I have received the backpack a month after my initial order.

Third … I didn’t received good item!!!!
My order #1143 was supposed to be an OGIO MACH5 and I received an OGIO MACH3 without removable zippered fleece-lined hip accessory pouch for extra carry room, without padded interior helmet visor sleeve, and without the integrated removable helmet carry strap and without all the spec that MACH5 have over MACH3 model

This a an MACH 3 not a MACH 5 model.

Forth: the backpack that I received has no indication of No Drag MACH3 or No Drag MACH5 on the slings (as the real OGIO). The Ogio logo on the front is fixed by srews (not as the real Ogio backpack). Inside the backpack there is no any tags that should be legally there to give the information on the "Maid in Country" and the material used in this item. This a FAKE OGIO!

To resume: you have sold me a FAKE OGIO bag, even NOT THE GOOD MODEL, that arrived a month after the order.

I cannot give you more than 1/10 for my overall rating. In fact it was one of the most horrible on-line buying that I personally had.

Now I want my first order that I have paid for.
Authentic OGIO No DRAG MACH 5, color black, with all the accessories that should come with.

Finally, FirstGearmoto was agree on 29sept to send me a copy of Mach5 for free. We are now on 03Dec and I still waiting… sadly.

I am amazingly unsatisfied !!!

7 weeks I have paid for an order and I receive nothing... 5 mails I ask if is ther somebody at FIRSTGEARMOTO???? and nobody answer me.... but they take my 60 USDjust after the order... and now nobody to answerme what about my order
the badest experience I have on internet... never see that

This shop is such a joke. It’s my second review. I placed the order 3 weeks ago. Didn’t got any information. Once I wrote first review for email straight after. On the chat you can wait for ages.
I have just asked for refund- no respond.
No more!!!! Never!!!!

After some time I decided to change my review because this site is fake. I bought this article but I never received the item. Tried to contact the company so many times whithout success. Don't lose money like me. March 2020

Terrible! Thought I was ordering from a shop in Florida, but package is coming from China. If it’s coming at all. Placed an order a month ago for Xmas and never recieved it. Had to ask multiple times if it was shipped, pretty sure I recieved a fake tracking number when it was finally provided, package is still in preshipment and not been updated in a week. Never recieved the 10% off coupon. If I could give negative stars I would!
