This online service is beyond average/good. It's the first time i got something online with this level of professionalism. I had some questions to make about my order, and like the typical process of asking a question through email or even the retail page (like eBay, for example), the support is live so I got an answer immediately!!! If this doesn't make the best online support ever, only live video chat would beat this! Thank you.

BEWARE OF CHINESE FAKES!!! I have just received the Rossi Underracing t shirt and it is a FAKE. The Firstgearmoto website image is the official shirt and states that the shirt is an official Rossi product.....NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Polyester pin holed fabric instead of cotton, no Rossi label, graphic does not line up, sleeve logo wrong. The shipping address is from China, not USA. I have emailed Firstgearmoto regarding these issues and have not heard back....and probably never will.

The Dainese Ducati Corse 14 leather gloves are not the real stuff, they are fake!!
The thickness of the leather gloves is very thin and the finishing touch of the gloves is also very bad. The Dainese DCP-protection for the little finger is also not in the right place!!
I am absolutely not satisfied with the gloves that I bought at this site!!
I do not recommend to buy these gloves at this site!!

I ordered a helmet and I waited for it for a month. I asked where it was and they said it was shipped but they couldn’t give me a tracking number. They finally gave me a tracking number and it didn’t work they told me to wait a few days for it to process. I did and It still didn’t work. They gave me two more tracking numbers that didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t because the item was shipped. I waited another week still not knowing where my helmet was. I disputed it through PayPal and they gave PayPal the bogus tracking numbers so I got my money back. The whole process was shady and I will never do business with this company ever again. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website. First gear Moto’s reply is lying. If I could post a screenshot of my order receipt I would. And dear first gear. You can ensure that I’m going to report you the the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a jacket Yamaha 50 anniversary and I selected a L size wich is big for me, I have requested to change it for a M size but firtsgearmoto refused to. It is frustrating. I will never try again this website and I will not recomend it at all.
You are answering to my review with a lot of stories,etcetcetc. But the fact is very clear and objetive: I hava tried to cahnge my size assuming the cost of shipping and you are not allowing me to do so. You are not offering a solution just denying my right to change the jacket, and that is not professional. You say "in anger", no it is not that, but of course I have the right to tell my experience to other member of my forums.
