I have tried to cancel my subscription 4 times through the app, and it just comes back with an error with a message to contact company via email. I proceeded to do that, to the email they provide (supportatfit4me.io) and have had no response. Definitely a greasy company. I am assuming one has to report them and go through your bank.
*****I was unable to include the at symbol in the review, as it said I couldn’t include an email. I have contacted the right email multiple times. I wrote the word so other people could see that the email that Fit4me provides as a contact, is NOT a “contact”. The company has no other contact information to be reached…red flag! I wish I had of looked before purchasing.

I am on day two. I guess I cannot review 1 & 2. I feel lost and not coordinated. How can I review them? So I can catch up & not get too far behind. I have lessons on my phone, I tried to get itt on my iPad because the phone is hard to see. I couldn’t figure out how to do that. I am 73, handicaped, hip replacement.

Signed up for Asian Pilates and was charged extra for a meal plan that I didn’t sign up for. I now appear to be unable to cancel the meal subscription I didn’t ask for which they added without me agreeing. I have emailed several times and getting nothing back. My next billing date is 3rd Feb and the cost of this is extortionate so I imagine they do this REGULARLY and getting a refund impossible.
DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS APP
*They have said they have emailed me but I have searched inbox and junk mail and as yet have nothing from them offering support with this only an email asking me to leave a review.
*An email reply was sent in response, giving you the details you have requested but delivery failed due the email address not being found. I have sent a response separately to your support team so hopefully this will warrant a response now.
Email addresses are not allowed in reviews so to make this easier as it seems the only way I get a response my email is showgate4 at outlook.com
I have emailed with all the information you have requested. The subscription is due to renew and I’m hoping you have this resolved your mistake before you take £35.60 from my account as I haven’t authorised you to do so.

I applied to look at Fit for you like a trial before you buy. Then you took out $69.00 I forgot about this trial and forgot to stop it as I have not subscribed to it. I want my money back.

Im really loving this App. Its only been 2 days but its challenging but not over the top. And 10-15 mins a day is so doable. Let's see the difference in 4 weeks

The exercises are beginners level. I then got an email with a high monthly charge which I wasn't aware of. I have tried contacting the company to cancel and I am still waiting to hear. Your advertising is very misleading

I don't like getting rope in for some membership on going. I just want to try it out for a month. It is not fair to the customer to make a decision on there own if I want a long term membership or not. I want to cancel my membership please.

No way to cancel auto renew on the app! Work outs no better that free apps on value.

And I thought it was Asian Pilates so already it’s false advert..I’m obese so getting on the floor is a mission and getting back up in time for the next exercise is not working, but I’ll continue because I want to see how far I can go..

I was expecting the 62 yr oli lady to give the instructions not different ladies in their 20s. It’s intimidating.
Also having never done Polatis it should show before hand what one needs to: a mat and a clear smooth wall 6 feet across . That’s not done so I wasn’t prepared . Otherwise the routine is great. Thank you.

I have to use the app on my iPad as I can't download it to a SmartTV. This should be a priority, I sent help request, but with the holidays, have not heard anything yet.
My friend is using a free Tai Chi walking lesson for free on YouTube and loves it.

I canceled yesterday...still waiting for a confirmation from you
I am physically unable to do the exercises.

Reply from Fit4Me
I find it hard to change positions between the exercices so quickly - from standing to lying on the floor and back

I miss the example from the exercities
Now I do not know if I do it right

Reply from Fit4Me
It is fine! I hope to see the results that I want to have.
