Seems to have a good stock of parts for older equipment.
We have a old Nordictrack 1300 and somewhat worried Fitness Parts Warehouse wouldn't have the part, but glad they proved me wrong. Fairly fast shipping as well.

I was shipped the wrong part
I was shipped the wrong part, based on my initial search using the iFit NTL number. Initially, I complained that there wasn't a picture attached to compare to what part I had. In the end, the correct part was out of stock, and I had to return the incorrect part. I found the correct part on Amazon for $100 less, and it was shipped the same day. Lesson learned? It's better to go with Amazon, as returns are easier when a mistake is made, and you don't have to pay to return it or incur a restock fee.

We can understand your frustration on us not having every picture avaiable. We use model number search to take you to your correct unit with all avaiable parts. From your email with your model number we sent the below responce. Please make sure to use your full model number including the version number after the decimal.
We found an order for a controller part number 391855. The model number NTL17122.18 uses controller part number 406697 (Updated to 1000438).
Unfortunately with the given information the wrong part was ordered.

Customer service 100%..Right parts the first time.
What I liked most was the quick response to customer service on the correct parts for my Norditrac Elliptical. Other places threw the wrong part numbers and it wasted time for me getting my machine up and running. Now shipping charges high for the weight of the shipment and it was sent in two parts, but still in the end a great experience. Will purchase from again.
