Late & incomplete order, poor help EDIT done
Bought a cross-fit rack, barbell and several weight plates.
Website promised delivery within 2 days, turned out to be more than a week. Transport firm completely screwed up in the delivery. Goods were poorly packed and protected. Boxes were all damaged (goods were not fortunately). One weight plate had fallen off the poorly loaded and secured transport, took more than a week to obtain.
During all this time, the help desk was unhelpful, left me to find out everything myself, had me call the transporter. In the end, they had the balls to say "we're not responsible for the transporter" and "as soon as it leaves our storage, we're not responsible". Unbelievable arrogance and poor quality service. Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, to the contrary! Will never ever buy anything from them again.
EDIT: company called me to verify what went wrong and offer compensation. Sincere interest on how they can avoid it in the future and offered compensation for the trouble. Appreciated this gesture.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a dumbell but accidentally write a typo in my house number. Therefore the delivery courier could not deliver the package. After notifying, they immediately dispatched a new package to me with the corrected address. Customer service is fast and helpful.
