Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.
I ordered a product a week ago that had a delivery time of 2-5 days. Day 4 I asked for a status they said it would be a couple of days, day 6 I asked for a tracking. The response was that they didn't have the item in stock and had to cancel my order.
Unbelievable.
I had to chase them numerous times to get different stories.

Bedankt voor het schrijven van een review en vervelend om te horen dat u niet alles heeft ontvangen.
Door de extreme drukte bij zowel ons als bij de leverancier zijn voorraden aanzienlijk sneller gegaan dan op voorhand verwacht werd. Waardoor wij genoodzaakt waren om dit deel van de bestelling te annuleren. In alle hectiek is dit waarschijnlijk niet helemaal goed gegaan, waarvoor onze excuses.

VirtuFit exercise bike saddle replacement
I have bought a VirtuFit exercise bike, which works great, but for us the generously padded saddle turned out to be very uncomfortable. I have contacted the customer service via chat and Kenneth has been a delight, very kind and helpful - he helped me return the old saddle and provided advice on what replacement saddle to order, and even when it will be available.
He even took an extra mile to consult an expert colleague to make sure he provides the correct information on which saddle fits our bike. Great service from Kenneth, very happy and thanks again! :)
