I am writing to formally report a Fiverr seller operating under the username "dildarkhan904". This individual is actively violating Fiverr’s Terms of Service and Community Standards by participating in the sale and distribution of fake, malicious reviews on third-party platforms, specifically Google Business Profiles.

The Violation / Fraudulent Activity: This individual has left a completely fabricated 1-star review on my local business, RE Electrical, located in North London, United Kingdom. The reviewer carelessly linked their Fiverr seller dashboard link directly within their public Google Maps profile, exposing their operation.

Definitive Evidence of Spam and Geographic Impossibility:

Multiple International Locations: The Google Maps profile for this reviewer ("Dildar Khan" - Local Guide Level 4) demonstrates an impossible geographic footprint. They have recently reviewed locations in:

PHFF+9X, Al Quwarah 52636, Saudi Arabia

Kaleri House DILDAR KHAN KALERI MC4J+67F, Darkhast Jamal Khan, Pakistan

No Transaction Record: My business is a localized electrical service operating strictly in North London. We have meticulously checked our database and have zero transaction records for anyone under this name. It is physically and logistically impossible for a user based in the Middle East or South Asia to have utilized our local services.

Platform Manipulation: Offering or fulfilling services that manipulate third-party review systems (like Google Maps) is a severe breach of Fiverr's policies regarding fraudulent services.

This seller is using your platform to facilitate a spam network that damages the livelihoods of legitimate small UK businesses.

I urge your Trust & Safety team to investigate this seller's communications, gigs, and account history immediately and take appropriate action to remove them from your platform. I have retained screenshots of their Google profile, the fake review, and the Fiverr link they posted, which I can provide upon request.

My experience with Fiverr’s customer service and dispute resolution process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I hired a seller to create a custom video project after providing detailed instructions before placing the order. The seller confirmed they understood the requirements and assured me they could complete the project. After delivery, it became clear that the final product did not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Once I realized the seller was unable or unwilling to deliver what was promised, I requested that the order be canceled. However, the seller refused to cancel the order and instead repeatedly resubmitted the same video without making changes or addressing the issues that had been identified. The seller’s actions appeared to be focused on delaying the process rather than resolving the problem.

What made the situation worse was Fiverr’s handling of the dispute. As the buyer, I was not provided with an effective way to cancel the order myself. Instead, I was forced into a revision cycle that I did not want, while the seller continued submitting the same content over and over again. Despite my repeated requests for assistance and cancellation, the issue remained unresolved for far longer than it should have. It’s been 5 days since I’ve received a response from customer service and I’ve messaged them every day.

The project was time-sensitive and intended for my students’ last day of school. Because the seller failed to provide the requested service, I ultimately hired another editor to complete the project. The replacement video was successfully created and published, making it clear there was no longer any purpose in continuing the order with the original seller and I informed customer service this and provided them with a link to the video showing what I was looking for.

The most disappointing aspect of this experience was the lack of urgency and support from Fiverr’s customer service team. Instead of protecting the buyer from an unproductive and stalled transaction, the system appeared to allow the seller to prolong the dispute indefinitely by repeatedly submitting the same delivery while refusing cancellation.

Customers should not have to spend days or weeks trying to escape a project that was not delivered as promised. Fiverr’s dispute resolution process needs significant improvement, particularly when a buyer clearly states they no longer want revisions, no longer wish to work with the seller, and simply wants the order canceled.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Fiverr’s customer support or dispute resolution process. Buyers deserve a fair, efficient, and transparent system, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Absolutely full of scammer! I was sent a scammed by a the most legitimate looking link when confirming a payment. With zero help from Fiverr then with 15min I was sent three pishing messages

Do not and i repeat DO NOT waste your time on this platform as a seller or costumer for that matter, not only do they charge both a ridiculous 20% fee, but they will not care about you as a seller what so ever, you may do everything right get 5 star reviews all over but they will still kill your entire profile and by proxy all your gigs because of their new success score system run entirely by AI, DO NOT waste your time on fiverr

Terrible no one used this my first gig was cancelled by them still not received any money or any service. my second gig they used purely AI and did not give me anything I agreed with a seller to. when I asked for my money back I am still waiting I have to go to the financia ombudsman. I thought going through PayPal would helps the matter but no. They used to be Good.

I am बेहद disappointed with my experience using Fiverr.

I paid approximately £2,000 for SEO services, and after several months there were effectively zero results. Key target keywords generated no clicks, rankings declined rather than improved, and my website performance worsened during the period of work.

I raised these concerns multiple times with the seller, but instead of addressing the issues, I received vague responses and was even encouraged to leave a positive review very early on, before any meaningful results were delivered.

I have submitted clear evidence to Fiverr, yet support has been slow and unresponsive, with no resolution provided so far.

This experience has left me feeling misled and out of pocket. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely on early reviews or promises without proven results.

I am still awaiting a fair resolution.

At first it was all sunshine rainbow until I almost got scam. I do not recommend using it, if you want though keep your eyes peeled for suspicious act like asking for your cvc during the payment method

Avoid five RR at all costs. these are scam artists. my freelancer did not show up and yet I was charged $45. I disputed it with my Citi card and five RR called and told me to drop the dispute and they would refund my money. so I did, but I could not get it! when I tried to re-initiate the dispute, Citi said I could not and to follow up with five RR, which I’ve done now for two months with eight different emails. they still have not paid me back. Total waste of time, wont even let you switch between selling and buying so what the the point its a broken system.

I got scammed because of their low security. I received 30 scam messages and they don't verify identity. They don't wanna be accountable. Don't trust this website.

I use Fiverr regularly for graphic design and web site gigs. Always great service and value for money that blows my mind.

Do not waste your money. The company supports individuals cheating the system. Never sign off on a job early!!! They protect their metrics not your service. Horrible customer service. Absolutely terrible experience with this so called biz. STAY AWAY!

I registered as a seller, created a gig, and within 24 h i got noting but scammers posing as buyers, one after another. There is nowhere to report their profile or report them, it shows a poorly developed app and no support to new sellers.
-Also, be aware if you are based for 30 years in lets say Spain, and your passport is from Bulgaria, your profile will show to people in Bulgaria.

Instead of pouring their money on advertisement, they should start paying proper money to professional web developers and working the faults, and get rid of spam bots. Until then i will work on other sites, there are plenty to choose from.

What a load of rubbish! I had been talking to a seller who quoted for a job. I paid for the job, to which she then sent a message to say that she would have it completed ASAP. 30 minutes later, I received another email to say the job had been cancelled and she’d blocked me! This really is such a shameful level of customer service. I only hope that I’m fully refunded for the fee that I paid.

Am been using fiverr services for about 3 years but there only small hand portion of honest sellers on there platform. But am starting find now more fiverr sellers coming on there are mostly dishonest about their services they lie about their services just to make a buck. Am had requests refunds on number of times on fiverr sellers are scamming and dishonest about services. So am about to limit my usage on fiverr.

Fiverr used to be an honest and helpful company. But over recent years they’ve gotten worse and worse with their customer service. They recently allowed me to get scammed out of $1,800 by a seller. They have a system where they will automatically complete an order even without your approval or consent that the work performed was sufficient enough.

And once the work is deemed “complete” (by them, not you) they will allow a seller to keep your money even if they don’t deliver on the task you requested.

That is a MAJOR red flag.

A customer should be able to approve and complete a task themselves, the company shouldn’t be automatically making that decision for you.

I complained about the issue and they did not care. I provided numerous screenshots and messages between me and the seller proving why I deserved a refund and they do not care what so ever.

$1,800 is a lot of money.

They are very bad for business. DO NOT buy on Fiverr if you want to be protected. RUN!!!!!
