5 star review all round
I recently damaged a work car and Fix Auto were appointed the repairers by the insurance company. From start to finish they offered a 5 star service.
Star who was my main point of contact followed up with me often to ensure the repairs could be done in a timely manor, and she made it very easy for me with photos submitted of the damage and collection and drop off, so I didn't need to go out of my way at any point. The repairs took just a week and I was given an automatic courtesy vehicle during this time. When it came to dropping off my car, the person dropping it off met me away from my address as I was out of the day, going above and beyond.
The repair is outstanding and the car was returned spotless. More than happy with the service overall and would use them in a heartbeat.

Volvo XC70 brilliant job
When I had an accident in my Volvo the insurance company gave me the choice of four companies to rectify the work on the left wing.
I chose the right company. Fix Auto took their time, sourced the right parts and the car is now as good as new.
Highly impressive team oversaw the entire process. Obviously the technicians that rebuilt the vehicle. But Hollie and Daisy estimating and keeping me updated to progress were particularly good in detailing the works through the entire process. Brilliant Admin team.

A Reasonable Repair But Be Prepared to Wait.
The car and repair was returned satisfactorily however the length of time that the car was with Fix Auto Basildon was protracted and never at any stage during the repair was there any feedback on the status of the repair.

I visited the Basildon branch on the…
I visited the Basildon branch on the 28th November and spent 20-30 minutes discussing the repairs my car needed. I was paying for the work myself and was given an estimate to carry out repairs to the bodywork and alloy wheels. I was told that it would take a few days to arrange a date to start, loan car and someone would get back to me. My contact details were double checked and I left. Three weeks later, still no response. Total waste of time.

I think your reply missed the point of my review. I visited your Basildon site to arrange repairs to my car. I spent 20-30 minutes looking over my car and discussing what I repairs were needed with the bodyshop manager. I was told that it'd take a few days to get back to me with a start date. No call, email or text, no repair took place. Just wasted time.

Fix autos Painted my bumper on my…
Fix autos Painted my bumper on my mercedes and ended up putting more scratches on my vehicle than it went in with, the door handle looks like someone used a buffing tool to scratch it, and my boot lid has multiple scratches on it as if someone has put their tool box on it whilst working!, its a disgusting state for my car to come back like this!, not happy!!!!!
