This is the first time I've had to use Fix Auto, or any body shop come to that, so I didn`t know what to expect. The repair didn`t take long, it just seemed that way. I was delighted with the repair, there`s some clever people in that body shop. The only thing with me, the curtesy car provided was quite a bit bigger than my Nissan Micra, would have liked an equivalent size.

I had a silly accident with a gate post, taking my dog to the kennels, while I took a short holiday. Fix Auto collected my vehicle, loaned me a courtesy car and repaired my car in a very short period of time. The standard of finish of the repair is outstanding and it is not possible to discern the right front wing was ever damaged beyond repair. My Tuscan looks brand new. My personal belongings were left in the car and all of them were still there when I collected it . This firm is friendly, efficient and shows a high degree of professionalism. I hope I do not have to use them again. But if I have another accident I will go straight to Fix Auto.

Was given a car that not all seat belts were working.
Branch did nothing about this while knowing I had three children.

I cannot rate Fix Auto UK in Chelmsford highly enough. My entire experience was made effortless from start to finish. They collected my car and returned it once finished, so no hassle of having to deliver and collect yourself. I am also extremely impressed with the actual work that was carried out on my car. The damage was quite considerable, but the end result is absolute perfection! It looks like a new car again (despite being 10 years old!) and I should just like to say a big THANK YOU to you all.

The repair to the bodywork of the car was good. The communication from Fix Auto was polite and told me what I needed to know. However, I did not know where my car went for repair. I cracked my number plate in the collision, which was replaced, but making a mismatch with the intact one, the detail of the red border was missed, so I'll have to replace it. I also didn't like that my car was driven to and from the repairer. Thus, just a four star rating instead of a five.

A great company . If you’ve had an accident these are the people to go to for an excellent repair. My car was collected quickly, repaired to the highest standard and returned to my home washed and valeted in a week .Repair was excellent as was communication with Jackie. It made a stressful situation as easy as it could be. I would highly recommend Fix Auto .

Had a crash repair few years back ,since then don't go anywhere else. Great bodywork shop, attention to detail. The other site, mechanics, sound as a pound. Even have an ex bmw guy there. Win/win for me and my old bmw. Latest was for bodywork. Car returned washed polished and tyres dressed. Great company imho.

First class job. Car collected, courtesy car dropped simultaneously. Car valet was very good.happy days.

Absolutely amazing service and professionalism. I am a Customer Service Manager myself so I am aware how difficult some situations can be. The handling of everything was perfect. I'm extremely impressed with this company. I had an incident with a post and sustained substantial damage to my nearside wing and trim, from the first phone call from Fix Auto my experience was fantastic, my insurance company told me I would hear with a day, it was less than an hour ! I was given a date that their driver would come and collect my car and drop off a courtesy car, very prompt service and the replacement car was lovely. I was asked to send photo's of the damage prior to collection so that they could source replacement parts etc, the repairs took just under 2 weeks and they have done an excellent job, my only disappointment was that the repairs didn't take longer as I was rather taken with the replacement car :-)

My experience was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend Fix Auto if you are in the position of needing your car repaired.
