The whole repair process was easy and efficient from first contact, reception and completion of the bodywork repair to my Volvo. Staff were friendly and obliging and delivered the desired outcome.

My car ended up with Fix Auto Deepcut after unfortunate couple of events. A neighbours tree had fallen and smashed my windscreen and when the windscreen was repaired it was dropped slicing through my dashboard! Fix Auto were asked to repair my car by the windscreen company. Right from the outset Fix Auto were excellent. The main communication was with Kirsty who was wonderful, polite and attentive and very sympathetic to my issues! She kept me updated regularly before and during the repair and I felt nothing was too much trouble. She is just the sort of person every company needs in a customer facing role. The repair itself was completed quicker than scheduled which was amazing and the guy who collected and returned my car was again professional and polite. (I think his name was Mark). Due to the car being ready quicker than planned they returned the car to me at work rather than home which was extremely helpful. I am very impressed with the complete service I received and would be happy to use Fix Auto again and recommend them to friends and family.

Brought back a damaged and dirty car. It has been full of sand. Didn't want to provide the evidence that it has not been initially damaged and spoke down on me. Did not want to send me any documents or call the insurance and just left. Terrible service.

Brilliant and friendly service! Although the costs to fix my window was more expensive than expected, this was clearly explained to me. They kept me informed of the progress too. My car was cleaned inside out and they even repaired a faulty heater on the drivers side which I didn’t even ask them to fix. A gift was left for me inside the car too so overall it was a fantastic experience and from now on Deepcut Garage will always be my preferred choice. Thanks!
