They did a 5star job on the car and were friendly and professional. Only downside (possibly down to the insurance rather than fix auto was the courtesy car was a tiny Hyundi and I didn’t realise it was a manual until it arrived; I’ve been driving an automatic for last 12 years. On the plus side I was impressed that they collected and delivered the car on completion.

Disappointing that the vehicle was not checked adequately before being released to me and my having to call them back to fix.
However response time to refit was good
