Reasonable but not great, seems rushed.
Picked car up and brought it back. Courtesy car was manual when I did request automatic, compared to the size of our car which is needed a 7 seater, we were given the smallest car possible. Car repair took 2 days and it came back repaired but have noticed a few issues such as part of the front trim is not clipped into place and will not stay in place. The bonnet doesn’t line up like the other side. When payment was took for excess no receipt was given, it should have been brought with them but they failed to do so.

Very good service did what needed to be done and done it really good and quickly well above the estimated time only one criticism is the curtesy cars have been quite abused inside this is not fix auto fault it’s down to quite a few people being given the cars and abusing cars they have borrowed but the repair side of it was exceptional good service no complaints and very good service
