Quick and great job! I hope I won't need it again but if the fate ask it, I would use them again.

I was kept in touch telling me how far they work getting on with my car. I was very pleased with the overall result.

Efficient service, prompt replies to phone calls etc. work on car good. Kept me informed on process and progress of repair. Would certainly recommend.

My vehicle was well repaired, like nothing had happened, and returned to me in a very clean condition.

I had to use Fix Auto after someone drove into the back of me on the motorway. Having never been in a road collision before, it was all very overwhelming however the team at Fix Auto provided a great service from start to finish, the staff are super helpful and friendly and my car looks shiny and new again! It’s actually close to a station, which is helpful if you need to leave your car however, as I was unable to drive, they collected and returned my car to me which made the whole process so much easier. I would definitely recommend the Pershore branch to anyone in need of their services.

Everything was simple from start,to finish. Everything was easy. The only thing that i noticed was a small scratch on the back of the car. But nothing that will effect anything.

Booked my car into this branch because, I didn't want a hire car & needed to be near public transport ( train station with good links opposite)
Was kept well informed before took car to this branch, and polite friendly reception staff who explained everything clearly when booked car in.
Workshop was tidy & clean, good toilet facilities & waiting area, which I was able to wait in before my train arrived so a thumbs-up from me.
Time it was in workshop able to watch progress of car on my location app, which was very reassuring.
Guaranteed that my car would be ready at the end of the week & it was.
Couple of phone calls to confirm this prior to my collection, accommodating regarding time I was able to pick the car up.
Asked to check car to make sure I was happy with the finished job, which I am because also washed and vacuumed it !
From a womans viewpoint felt the staff, facilities, position of work shop and completed job were excellent & would definitely recommend this branch.

I can’t recommend this garage highly enough. From start to finish, the service was personal, honest, and genuinely caring. They took a very hands-on approach and kept me fully informed throughout the repair process, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
What really stood out to me was the time they took before the work was completed — even staying after their finishing time on a Friday to go through everything with me in detail and in person. Nothing felt rushed, and they were incredibly patient and transparent, explaining exactly what had been done and answering all of my questions.
It’s rare to find a garage that combines high-quality workmanship with such integrity and kindness. They helped me more than they probably realise, and I’m extremely grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Superb! Took my car to Fix Auto Pershore on insurance company's recommendation after a badger punched a hole in the nearside bumper.
From the outset, staff on the telephone and in person were clear, professional and totally unpatronising.
Ordered parts straight away, found a courtesty car and called me in quicker than I expected, and the job was then completed in one day. Seamless and left me very impressed.

They kept me updated on each step on the work schedule and were all very friendly and helpful.

Accident repair on my Vauxhall Vivaro. I asked my insurance if my van could go here after an accident due to them doing a perfect repair on my wifes VW Golf a few years ago. They agreed and they arranged collection.
As expected they done a perfect repair, you can't tell that's anything has been repaired. I got regular updates every week letting me know the stages of repair and progress.
Totally excellent.

Unable to respond to previous reply from company, however would like to confirm that I was told by the receptionist that the part ordered was incorrect and had to be re ordered. I understand that extra parts needed to be ordered for repair however when I chased for an update on these parts I was told that it was incorrect and would need to be re ordered.
