The staff at this garage are beyond helpful . They are courteous, knowledgable and they do exactly as they say they will . Florist class service - please us them .

The false start was irritating with the mobile people that then had tp cacnel due to loss of their location. After transferred to Redhill this went OK although 3 weeks for the small amount of damage surprised me. It was good that ypu were able to deliver car back to me when I needed this.

Excellent response from all the staff at Fix Auto UK, a special mention for Jenny who arranged an automatic courtesy car at short notice.
The Auris was collected and the courtesy dropped off at the same time by a very courteous driver, on completion of vehicle I found it to be nice and clean.

Quality control need’s improving. Underside of bonnet left rough but was rectified straight away.

I have to say from start to finish my experience with Fix Auto Redhill was superb. I was referred to them by my insurance company and after a quick search online I found extremely positive reviews which gave me the confidence it was the right place to go. The repair took a little longer than expected, but I was kept informed throughout and had a very nice little loan car to get me around whilst they had mine. I cannot fault the repair, it really is as good as new. I hope not to have to use their services too often but would highly recommend them.

I was told it would only take one week as the repair wasn’t bad. It finally came back three weeks later. The car came back with eight more miles on the clock it also came back with no front fog lights working and then to top it off, the car was delivered dirty and dusty all over the roof of my Range Rover. I suppose we only clean what we can see in the fix auto eyes.

Initial contact was with Holly on reception and she gave a very good first impression from the minute she answered the phone, professional and friendly. Having spoken to her I took the car to Fix Auto and Kevin came out to assess the damage. He was also friendly and on checking the damage he was able to reattach the bumper making it more secure with the advice for me to check that it wasn't working loose again over time and if it was to give him a call. To my surprise no payment was requested. Based on my experience today I would have no hesitation in using and recommending Fix Auto in the future. My impression is that the service and friendly attitude of Kevin and Holly would echoed by any of the team so standards would be consistent. Thank you both.

The body and paint repair of my car was good . Some companies would only accept a big repair , whereas the fix auto Redhill no matter how small or big the damage of the car as long as they can repair it then they will accept the service . They have a quality service after the repair of my car for they put a nice air fragrance inside my car . I will recommend this company to my friends and relatives if they need a repair for their car .
