Always an excellent service from Fix Auto Redhill. It has previously repaired accident damaged bodywork on my Mercedes Benz to showroom condition as well as being on hand to offer free quotes and advice on day to day bodywork issues such as stone chips and scratches. Couldn't recommend this very friendly and professional team enough.

My catalytic converter got stolen and my car was taken here. They were very friendly and contacted me quickly about a courtesy car. I was updated regularly about the progress which was great as it meant I could plan my week accordingly with kids and Work.

Delay in authorisation of repair by insurance engineers otherwise excellent service.

Very lovely bunch who work here! My car was perfectly restored! The courtesy car they supplied me with was very nice and clean, I would recommend them to anyone.
Communication was very clear and I was updated regularly about my car!
May not be the same for others but my repairs were completed a lot quicker than other garages would!

A good repair and helpful service from prompt collection of my damaged car and simultaneous provision of a loan car. Swapping back after the repair was just as simple and easy.

I'm really pleased with the repair to my car. They even touched up another scratch which was nothing to do with the damage in question. My car was
cleaned, polished and valeted when I collected it. Customer service was friendly and efficient throughout the whole process.

Good service

I was really impressed with everyone involved in getting my car repaired. This was through my insurance company, and I was called by Fix Auto within hours of me making a claim! A lovely, friendly and helpful lady booked in my car, and kept me informed of the repair process, and a knowledgeable man delivered my car back to me. A friendly and professional team, I am not surprised that they are the authorised repairer for my insurance company.
