Poor practices

The customer experience here was frustratingly disorganised. No exact work was agreed upon prior to the job, and I had to chase them up just to get copies of the standard check-in and check-out documents. Furthermore, taking credit card payments over the phone feels incredibly out-of-date. They did not complete all the necessary works.

The whole team were very helpful throughout the interactions. During the assessment of the vehicle, details of the potential repairs were explained, the booking in process, collection and delivery clearly stated. The repairs we excellent, I was kept informed and the car was returned looking like new! My only concern was the courtesy vehicle could have been more powerful, as city cars are not viable for motorway use. Other than that, I would recommend Fix Auto Sandhurst.

I was provided with thorough details of the work required and the procurement of items that could cause a possible delay to the forecast completion date. Luckily this did not occur and my car was repaired to a very high standard and returned on the forecast date in a clean and tidy condition.
The curtesy car they provided arrived when detailed and their driver took the time to explain the operation of various controls as it was a different make to mine.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had some repair work done on my car after a small frontal bump and I have to say the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, a loan car was provided throughout the repair, and pick up/drop off at my house after my initial visit to their premises was easy and timely. The car now looks as good as new.

Fix Auto handled the whole process with care and professionalism. We were kept informed of the progress and when there was a delay, we knew well in advance. When the car was retruned it looked brand new. Would highly recommend them !

Our first point of contact was with Penny who booked us in for the damage assessment.
Once completed the mutually agrees date for the repair was set.
When the car was collected the driver was very thorough with his checklist and providing feedback before taking the car for its repair.
On receiving the car back we are very pleased with the repair and the paintwork and are very happy to recommend this garage

Friendly staff that kept you updated with your repair. The courtesy car was dropped off and collected at our convenience with friendly, efficient service. The repair itself was was of high quality and the car was returned fully valeted - it's never looked so good! Thank you for a great service.
