I wasn't impressed with the attention to detail IE push fit rivets and screws left out of panels and wheel arch liners , clearly leaking washer bottle leading to the inconvenience and another half day leave taken for the to be car returned .

Once I made contact the service was excellent. Collection and delivery to home. Spoke with damage assessor for information on how the damage would be fixed. Communication from all staff was great. It was lovely to speak to knowledgable and confident staff rather than text, email and AI suggestions that my car was not repairable. Thank you

Friendly staff always happy to give updates, the work was completed a lot quicker than expected. The hire car was delivered within a few days and our car delivered back freshly cleaned and looking brand new.

Outstanding from start to finish
Outstanding from start to finish. They went above and beyond to quickly process my referral from my insurance and get a courtesy car to me as my car could not be driven. My car was collected and dropped back to me when done with the work completed to a high standard. Every member of staff I spoke to was kind, polite and extremely helpful.
