when I bought the policy From them I have read the reviews on this website and thought I’m going to have a good experience with this company, I have just spoke to one of the staff of this company, absolutely disrespectful with Zero customer service information, I bought the Policy on confused.com website and the website asking about How many years of NCB do you have ? It doesn’t say taxi NCB , so I bought the policy and send the 4 years of My NCB proof , then they asked me to send ( 4 years of taxi NCB which I don’t have ) , anyways I wanted to cancel My policy but for the 20 days I have used my policy they want to take £411 while My annual price is £2059 , isn’t stealing money from people!? I doubt that’s what they do usually giving people a price and after a few days cancel the policy for the amount they want to take …
