Great property!

Beautiful layout, peaceful neighbourhood with mostly families. There’s a park nearby :)

The whole team is very professional but most of my interaction was with Jayson and he has been very friendly and professional at the same time. Any issue I had I spoke to Jayson and it was immediately dealt with.

Very grateful for making the extra effort to make every thing go smooth.

I was told by them that if I invested with them that my deposit and associated fees would be returned if anything happened with the development. Despite me asking for my money back both Christopher Whetstone, one of the Directors and Ben Brewer a sales rep keep saying the money is on its way from the developer but nothing has materialised. This has been going on for over 2 years and my patience is running out.
I would never recommend investing in their schemes and would recommend people avoid them at all costs.

I rented a flat from Jayson, with firm and clear promises that it is a safe building and there was nothing to worry.
Homeless people have been sleeping in our building and even in cases right outside our door. Jayson rubbed me with blurry answers as always, completely unacceptable and unreliable agency.
Regardless of all the initial problems happened when we first moved in, living with homeless is flipping INSANE! Nobody cares about our issues in the agency. I paid full price rent for a year in total, I cannot stand to deal with these people anymore! I WANT REFUND AND I WANT OUT!

Jayson made the process of moving into our new flat extremely smooth! He always has brilliant communication and ensures any issues or queries we have are answered and sorted promptly. He has been a brilliant agent, guiding us through every step of our move. He has been trustworthy and reliable and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Recently moved into a property managed by Jayson. Professional, yet friendly and approachable. We've lived in a few places prior and have generally had bad experiences with landlords and the like, but Jayson has been great. We've had some issues with our flat unfortunately, but Jayson has been doing his best to sort it out and even said he would see about getting us a rent reduction for our trouble. If we ever move somewhere else in Sheffield or Manchester, it'd be quite nice to be able to stick with Jayson!
