Just moved to Nottingham and they made it very smooth and easy. Jayson was excellent and a great help, patiently answering all my questions. Great experience during a potentially stressful time.

Recently I rented a flat through Flambard Williams and it's been great experience.
I got help even outside office working hours. The letting manager Jayson is extremely friendly and professional person who helped us in every steps as we were renting a flat for first time. I would definitely recommend them.

We bought two student accommodations in 2022 January introduced by this company and one property dropped from £60000 to £45000 within 9 months. Another one cannot even be sold at all now even we cut it from £60000 to £35000 that might need to go through the auction now due to the high issues of the building. This company is a scammer and the director Chris also said he can pay half of the £120,000 which is £60000 to take them back after 9 months of the sales completed. Totally a scam. Now the promised quarterly monthly rents also delayed again and again even the terms have been set as 3 months pay in arrears.

Now the January 2024 rents were paid late again. Besides this company and his referred management company, you just cannot sell the two bad projects at all. They did not communicate with you even regarding to the rental income issues.

Everything we said here is legal and with evidence! If Trustpilot always help such companies to hide the truth by deleting the feedback, what’s the point for Trustpilot to be shown here!

It’s a scam company selling rubbish properties. Canterbury Student Village dropped from £60000 to £45000 within six months. without any buyers who are interested into buy it. Nebula Student village in Sheffield even got more serious ground rent issues that no one can even take it even with £35,000.

Both properties might have to go through Auction within 12 months now after introduced by this company.

Not as good return at all as the Director Chris stated with the other investors in the feedback reply.

Even the promised guaranteed rental income was late to be provided now after one year.

Always delayed payment without any communications from the agency company this Flarmbard Williams introduced.

All of lies. Stay away from this company to protect your assets.

I’ve had a stress free experience with Flambard Williams but honestly it’s all been because of Jayson.

Initially I tried contacting the agency, looking for flats to rent but was always told someone would call me back - they never did. So I went looking else where and was given Jayson’s number not knowing he was actually a Lettings agent for Flambard, he responded back to me very quickly and reassured me that he’d help me get the flat I had my eye on.

He’s super efficient, quick to reply to emails, very good communication and resolved every problem (unlike my last agency). He’s not only a lettings agent but apparently a really good handy man too and came to fix the floors in the flat that had some issues - and in a speedy time might I add.

There’s so much more I can say about Jayson and I’m very thankful for him, but overall I feel very confident renting from Flambard Williams and that’s purely due to the fact I trust that Jayson will be there to help with any issues in the future.

Great immediate help when I had an predictable problem with the general fuse of the flat in Manchester last December, remaining without electricity and heating during a very cold period

Jayson was able to intervene timely, providing a local electrician who came in the flat the same day to fix the problem with a very short notice

Being my first investment, this was great learning experience and after meeting, viewing and now earning the returns I am more than happy with my experience and would highly recommend to friends / family and anyone thinking of investing :)

We temporarily settled in one of the flats in the Paragon building on September 14th and looked for a house. We realized that we could rent one of the flats in this building permanently for a year and apply for it. The relevant agent was Mr. Jayson Singh. The moving in process was a very easy and smooth process for me. I couldn’t thank Jayson enough as he’s been a huge help getting me settled into my new apartment.

Currently in the process of purchasing our first Off-Plan - to say Danny and Kelly have been amazing would be an under statement !!!
From our initial conversation, Danny, was able to identify our expectations and suggest a couple of properties that would help us achieve these ... this saved us a massive amount of time by not having to look through a massive portfolio ourselves.... we were then very quickly able to narrow it down to the one we felt we would like to go ahead. Through our initial chat, Danny was also very good at making us feel comfortable .... comfortable enough to ask him loads of questions ... even some which many others may have considered petty or silly !!! Danny was very well informed ... he was able to settle all our initial nerves by answering all our questions and clear any doubts.

After the initial sale, we were introduced to the lovely Kelly .... who has done an awesome job of taking us through each step of the process, liaising with the developers, our broker and our nominated solicitor to ensure things were ticking along. Her regular updates have been good ...settling all nerves ... she also regularly checked in with us too and was very helpful with info and suggestions every time we felt we needed it !!!

Both Danny and Kelly are absolute gems !!! they have helped restore our lost faith after a not so good experience with another company. Both are a true asset, not just to the company but examples to others who work in the industry.

I would most definitely recommend Flambard Williams to anyone looking to have a pleasant and actually fun experience with their property purchase
It also goes without saying ... we will be looking to use their services for our next purchase too !!!!
