Canterbury Student Village dropped from £60,000 to £35,000 within 9 months since signed the contract.

Nebula was a brand new building but got serious construction issue that cannot be sold at all. It was also £60,000 when signed up 9 months ago.

It was a terrible experience with this company as their sales George who has left the company but still showed on their company banners lied about the property. We only realised the property got a big issue after we have exchanged the contract and tried to contact FW for resale without any replies.

Kelly kept hiding there and saying the director has not back yet over two months.

These people are good at hiding the truth after taking the money and the resale process was none as their properties were not good at all.

Stay away from them. Don’t trust their words and faked data. They are good at hiding things in the beginning and making chicanery.

I was extremely lucky to have Jayson as the person I was in contact with regarding a new move. I only moved to Manchester in May, and I was unaware of the area, living costs and opportunities. Jayson was very helpful and understanding with my process. He was understanding of my needs and my budget and did everything to ensure the move went as smoothly as they can! He stayed in constant communication with me throughout giving me appropriate updates. I couldn’t recommend Jayson anymore.

I bought an apartment back in September 2020. Back then I was told this was the last apartment available and that completion was going to happen in Q4 2020. Subsequently they asked me to obtain a mortgage offer as soon as possible as otherwise I was at risk to miss deadlines. So I did, ended up paying fees to secure a mortgage and was ready to proceed. Fast forward to August 2023 and guess what? The apartment IS NOT FINISHED yet, FW have gone dead quiet about it and only update when I chase (the update being, "yeah is very frustrating, we dont know anything..."so not really an update). They have also said to me if I decide to pull of this deal given the delay they would not pay back my reservation fee (reservation fee that I paid for listening to their lies, and they have delivered nothing). Do not trust anything they say, they will say all they need for you to go ahead and the disappear.

My wife & I had, for a while, been trying to acquire a property in the UK without being a resident and had all stumbling blocks in the way until a friend referred us to Flambard Williams
Ricky and Kelly were excellent in guiding us through the process and at each stage provided top notch professional and customer centric service that made the purchase process very seamless and fast!

Well by a random act of chance I clicked on a pretty ad on instagram, and within 12 weeks I have completed on a luxury apartment in central Manchester, These guys have their own lettings and managment arm, The team have furnished the apartment and manage all the Short Term bookings through AirBNB and Booking.com . I have access to a portal where I can see all my calendar bookings along with revenue per month.
