Recently replaced the battery of an old phone (Pixel 3 XL) and the service was amazing. Very professional, would recommend to anybody in the area as they can fix older phones contrary to main competitors who stick to newer phones only! Also very competitive proicing. Cheers, Guillaume

I have bought two wireless headphones , on both occasion both headphones have been faulty, either one not working or the charging life not great at all even when charged for 12 hours.
When approached by the manager, he was rude, not complying to the consumer rights Acts of the exchange and refund policy within the warranty. He was aggressive and at times as a female I felt he was going to assault me for confronting him regarding the product in front of a customer.
As this could not be handled professionally, I have will take legal actions against this company.

I had such a fantastic experience at FlashFix. An Apple partner down the road actually directed me to this shop- that’s how you know it’s good! My phone screen was fixed in under an hour. Super happy with this excellent service!

Phone wouldnt turn on for about 5 hours and I took it to Shahed and he sorted it within half an hour! Such a great service, everything was explained to me and you can tell they really know what they're doing. Will visit again if I have issues and recommend them to friends and family!

I took my phone in to the lakeside branch with a broken screen all the rest of the functions were working fine. They quoted 2 hours for repair (for a small fortune). When the screen came in, after 2 hours they then said they needed to keep my phone and kept it for another 3 days and charged me extra. When I got it back, the fingerprint recognition wasn't even recognising as a service and the microphone is picking up so badly that I cannot make calls. The staff insisted that they would need my password to sort out the fingerprint recognition even though it would generate a fingerprint not recognised message without the password which would show them if it was connected or not. My phone has less functionality than when I took it to them. If they were not able to perform the service they should not be offering it. I would give no stars if this was possible.

smashed my screen and being local decided to pay a visit and weigh up if I should buy a new phone or go for a screen repair. decided to go for a repair and very happy with the service and the price and having it done on the same day was a bonus.

I would be more than happy to use this shop again but hoping I don't have to ( fingers crossed ).

After struggling to get a battery replacement for an old MacBook from Apple and one of their official partners I went to FlashFix who helped me out. A new battery was ordered and the battery replacement process only took a few mins. The battery is now going strong and I’m really pleased with everything. Will definitely use them again!

I am so pleased i went into Flashfix and asked for a price to fix the phone screen of my phone.

After using someone closer to home a few times, I wasn't impressed the last time I used them so I thought I would give Flashfix a go.

And honestly, I cannot fault the service I received from Surya. He only had my phone for half an hour just giving me enough time to go into one shop and not feel like my right arm had been chopped off for too long.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to my friends and family.
