Bathtub Crisis

I was an idiot who left her phone on the edge of the bathtub. There was a gallon of water in it, but after some much-needed time at the phone hospital (FlashFix) it is all better. That is how I am writing this review. On my newly fixed phone. Hallelujah. Thanks Shahed!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER

Calling me stupid in replies to my reviews just shows how little customer service this company genuinely has and says more about them than me.
The internet/Google/Facebook/the owners linked in shows that the company as a whole owns two shops - London and Lakeside.
I beg any people from looking at approaching either store to NOT and go elsewhere!
This company is horrible I genuinely am shocked by their customer services and lies. I have no reason to berate a company and no reason to lie. But I can go out of my way and make sure people don’t make the same mistake I did. They can deny as much as they like that I’m not a customer but I have photographic proof and anyone can contact me if they would like to see. If I was able to add photos to this review I would.

Then prove it.

Do you have our email? It's info@flashfix.London. Take some screenshots and send them over. We will take action. However, we do not recognize you as a customer. If you are a legitimate customer, please provide proof of purchase, a repair job number, or a valid money receipt.

Otherwise, it is what it is, you will need a doctor not FlashFix.

Great experience with shahed

Great experience with shahed, came in with a broken screen and was fixed same day. He offered me free warranty and kept to his word, when re fixing my screen the week following. Great place !

Don’t do it there’s plenty of other…

Don’t do it there’s plenty of other places to get your phone repaired for the same price.
I payed £130 to get my iPhone screen replaced in February since then I’ve had to go back 4 times to have them replace faulty screens , that either completely stop working have lines and black parts , screens are clearly the cheapest crap ever or there tech staff are unable to repair without making mistakes, either way it’s June and I’m still having to sort my phone screen 4 months of back n fourth , and unhelpful email reply’s

We have only found one receipt. Please review Receipt # 366, dated August 1, 2021, at 2:51pm. Amount £119.99

We replied to each of your emails and the last email was received on April 22, 2022 at 13:00:44.

We have replaced the screen on your device, which has a lifetime warranty, and warranties are subject to terms and conditions. As long as there is no physical or liquid damage to the screen, it will be under warranty for life. 

You were also asking in the email when we would be reopening our lakeside store as it is temporarily closed for refurbishment. And I couldn't offer you any date lines as we are not in a position to offer you a date. As you know, after the refurbishment is done, there are so many steps in the legal process to be completed. 

The reason we gave you a £20 coupon for coming to our central London workshop

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. My phone was fixed quickly and the quality of finish exceeded my expectations. Wonderful customer service as soon as I arrived. Highly recommend this store. I’ll definitely return for future service.

I got my phone fixed by FlashFix in…

I got my phone fixed by FlashFix in late August, and was told that my iPhone screen was a genuine Apple screen and even paid an extra £40 on top because I was told it was better quality and had True Tone, however once I got my phone fixed and went home, I got a message from Apple stating that my screen was ingenuine and I immediately felt scammed after paying an extra £40. I wanted to revisit the store and was unable to because I was going on holiday the next day, over time I got over the fact that I essentially got scammed and accepted it however this morning, (2nd March) I woke up and my phone had a mysterious white box no bigger than 1cm by 1cm and an orange line going through it, prior to going bed, it was in perfect condition since I have a Gorilla screen protector and a 360 case. So this LCD damage essentially appeared on it's own and I can only put it down to FlashFix supplying me with a faulty screen, given the nature of what happened, I am now going to the apple store to get my iPhone 11 fixed and I seriously advise against customers going to FlashFix because when I was getting my device fixed I watched the owner corner another customer to leave a 5 star review in order for them to get a free screen protector so take everything with a pinch of salt. Thank you.

Could you please provide your job number or receipt number so we can track the details.

We can see clearly that there must be some sort of misunderstanding.

If you are one of our customers, you have undoubtedly signed a contract with us to have your device repaired. Our automatic booking system always send a copy of the contract to all of our clients in real time when we get the customer's signature. We recommend that you read the contract “We are not an authorised repair service centre for any Smartphone, computer, tablet-computer, or other electrical smart device maker.”

We use IOS certified OEM screens with a lifetime warranty. For iPhone we always copy the true tune but we do not use Apple original screen here. To learn more, please see the link here: https://www.flashfix.london/terms-and-conditions/

The FlashFix warranty policy does not cover physical or liquid damage, as you can read in our terms & conditions.

The 360 Case and Gorilla Tempered Glass have been certified for sale to customers since they have both passed official drop and pressure testing, but the fact is that nothing is truly indestructible.

We must all acknowledge that the glass cannot be broken on its own.
