Very professional m used their services twice. Very prompt and gives warranty for their repairs. I changed my phone's battery which had an issue after 10 months which they changed without any fuss. Will definitely use their services again.

Please be cautious when dealing with this shop, you are unlikely to get your money back if you place an order with them. The owner runs a few of these shops, and each one of them has bad reviews. Please read as many people have had a frustrating experience, didn't get their money back, and just felt scammed by these guys. I can attest to this as I've had the same frustrating experience and have been threatened when I asked for my money back. Obviously I still didn't get my money back so the least I can do is to warn others.

I am so happy with the work done by FlashFix-Old Street! Mehdi was friendly, fast and paid attention to the smallest detail. My phone looks like new again and for a very fair price. Thank you so much. I recommend highly.

Great service at Flashfix today! Where in the Apple store they told me my phone could not be repaired, they actually fixed it at Flashfix and at a very reasonable price too; so happy!! I would recommend them 100%

Very friendly and trustworthy - all done in 30 mins. It wasn’t quite the outcome I was hoping for but I was given an honest opinion and very kindly wasn’t even charged for the service.

Good store done it in 30 minutes really fast timing and has done the job right I broke my phone and needed it for school tomorrow so it was done super quickly and I’m happy.

Awful customer service and lack of integrity towards their own T&C's

I spent £170 to get a cracked screen fixed (pretty classic fix to be fair) they had to fix the screen on 3 occasions over the last 2 months.

They choose cheap screens from the 'market' to save money, it never worked, finger print did not work and tell you "it's ok you can se the face ID" and now they won't do anything or refund.

Avoid at all cost, you will end up paying so much and not even have your phone fixed!

Their reply doesn't show the truth and they even confirmed via email than the screen was faulty.

Here the answer only covers the explanation of 1 screen out of 3. Maybe you want to explain why the 2 others are also faulty and why you refuse to refund?

"Yes, You did book an appointment for warranty repair but you came with a broken screen (physically damaged), and you was saying, “It was not working and I just drop way to your shop, its happened just now” Now please explain, how do we repair it for free? We are more than happy to help you, repair your device with the for the cost price. We can’t be fairer than this."

Went into store to just my battery replaced as it was depleted. Took just 20mins and they did a fully diagnostic too. Staff were really friends and price was reasonable compared to apple or other stores. Would consider bringing my MacBook here when I need the battery replaced too.

Had the best experience getting my phone fixed. Staffs are super friendly, very nice environment and atmosphere being in the shop. Staffs are very chatty and feel free to pop in anytime, they do offer affordable prices yet good in quality! This shop would be my only place to go if I have any problems with my phones! Highly recommended!
