Very pleased
The driver got out of coach and helped with luggage. He was friendly. The journey was smooth. Comfortable. It took 45 mins to Enfield. I left Stansted at 9.45am, travelled to Enfield, popped into Marks, then caught bus home arriving at 11am. Very pleased with the service and recommend it at every opportunity.

I do not recommend relying on this company if you want to actually get the ride you paid for!
I am very disappointed with the service. The bus from London Liverpool Street to Stansted Airport did not run for over an hour, even though it was supposed to depart every 30 minutes. We had to take National Express instead. Flibco refuses to refund the money for the unused tickets and is not responding to my inquiry at all. I do not recommend relying on this company if you want to actually get the ride you paid for!

Bus from Redbridge to Stansted Airport didn’t come at 18:25. It came at 18:50 instead. We were waiting for the bus from 18:08.

Love the convenience it's bought to my life
So happy this service now runs from Stansted to Enfield as it's made a huge difference in my life with getting to the airport. The website is easy to use, although be certain when booking as they don't give refunds but can use the credit for another date.
It takes 45 minutes from and to, love the convenience and easiness of the journey now.
My only gripe and I haven't marked it down on the stars rating is that some drivers are very helpful with assisting with putting and taking out luggage and some are not and it's strange to do it yourself as in other countries there's someone to help.

The bus didnt come. We stay and wait (me and 4 guys) but none come, e-mail or call us to explain what happend. I miss the plane becouse of them.

I am pleased with my journey to Stanstead from Redbridge
I used Flibco for an early morning trip from Redbridge (4.25am) to Stanstead. The bus arrived on time and I was able to complete my journey at ease. There were lot of seat availability.
I did see lot of reviews where the bus is full and therefore customers were forced to find alternative transport and no refunds, Flibco should address this issue if it is serious about keeping its customers.
