Wrong product sent and no customer supoort

I'm having a terrible experience with Flip Flops.
I ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals because of feet pain. They sent the wrong size. I organised the return, messaged several time the customer support, but haven't heard back from them.
Really upsetting because I paid for fast delivery to get the product as I'm in real pain. They made a mistake but are not sending the right product back, even now that the wrong sandals they sent have promptly been returned.

Knee replacement so give great support will be buying more when home from holiday . I know a little expensive but worth every penny . So come and look great 😊

I use to like flipflop toe sandals a…

I use to like flipflop toe sandals a lot and found them comfortable straight away. In the winter sale I purchased sandals in their sale. Unfortunately due to the weather I only really started wearing them in the summer. They are not comfortable and hurt between the toes when walking. I phoned Fitflop to tell them and they stated to use Vaseline but could not do anything to change them. Won’t be buying again.

Great service with quick delivery

Great service with quick delivery. I ordered Birkenstocks first and then went back on 15 minutes later to order some reef flip-flops. The company managed to revert it back to free shipping which was brilliant of them. so happy with my purchases thank you.
