Fast service, download almost immediate after purchase. I have purchased several Microsoft products from this company and have always had great service from them.

In order was no good without ever downloaded the software and I could not find where to download the software

Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Keys. Keys do not work. Error indicates keys have been used too many times. Tried contacting Flixeasy twice requesting help. They don't reply. No help offered at all.

I purchase the Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus and was hesitant at first because I had never bought from this company before and of the great price but I bought it anyway. I waited for the download and key to be emailed and it didn't arrive or so I thought. It ended up in my spam but I had already reached out to Flixeasy in hopes that I wasn't scammed and they responded quickly with another link to get it uploaded along with the product key. The upload went smooth and so far it is working great. Thank you Flixeasy for an easy purchase, I will be back in the future, you are legit.

I bought a Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 key from FlixEasy and, despite being sent a code right away, Windows couldn't authenticate because the key was already activated elsewhere. Their contact form doesn't work (so much for "24/7 support") and no option to request a refund whatsoever. I had to send them an email and they assisted me solving the problem and now my Windows is working. For a service that was supposed to be fast and autonomous, I was surprised to have to go to these lengths to get it working. Guess that's the price we pay when we get the less expensive option.

I bought the Microsoft 2024 Office Plus (a digital copy through download from the internet).
Detailed instructions were provided for a complete successful installation and activation of the product for use on my Window 11 computer.
I will definitely use this trustworthy seller again for any future purchase of applications.

Just inexpensive and very easy to stay in compliance with software licenses!

Nothing, it seems, goes as planned. But when I ran into a problem, Flixeasy came quickly to the rescue and resolved the problem!

Never use the website the costumer service is horrible and they repeatedly send the same email in response promising to help and then not. The keys they give only work SOMETIMES. 1/2 worked for me.

I orderd a Win 11 Home to Pro activation. It was a very easy process and everything went very smoothly. Will use this company again for more upgrades. Thank you.

I was concerned about installing software not from the manufacturer and when I engaged the folks at Flixeasy, my concerns went away. Although on the other side of the world, they were responsive and forthcoming. Installation went without a hitch and the product key worked as it should. A great value for MS Office applications.

I ordered a Windows 10 IoT LTSC product key for a great price. I was emailed a key in a few seconds. It didn't activate, so I emailed support.

After the weekend, I got a reply from support with another key. It also didn't activate, so I emailed again.

The next day, I got another reply with a third key, which did activate.

So the experience was not completely smooth, but in the end it was satisfactory, and a good value for money if you don't need activation right away.

Software not used. A crucial installation number was not included in the purchase acknowledgement. I bought another while waiting for vendoe to reply.
