Great service from Adele who helped me order some samples when their website had a bug.
Subsequently ordered several boxes of rigid vinyl flooring.
Turned up a couple of days later and was great!

I would definitely use them again on future flooring projects.
Only thing that might help would be some fitting instructions on cutting the boards (score with sharp stanley knife on both sides then snap), and getting the uniclic edges to engage (engage short-end edge first and then tilt row up to engage the longer edge and push together)

Ordered wrong type of flooring for our business, which I only realised after delivery. Straight away emailed to the sale team and a lady called Lucy replied next day with all the instructions. Because of the return cost would have been to much, my partner ended up returning the flooring to the main warehouse. After an hour of returning the products, an email sent with the confirmation of the return and refund.
Lucy was professional and very helpful during the return process. Pleasantly surprised by the company.

10/10 service from the Warrington Branch and fitters Baseflooring. Well looked after in store with help picking our laminate flooring. Booked in quickly for a fitting date with no issues. Baseflooring fitted our laminate and have done a fantastic job. Very happy customers!!!

I visited the Warrington store quite some time ago & was looked after by Dave. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and was happy to help (even when I changed my mind a few times).

As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t too sure what I needed or how the process worked but Dave made everything super easy to understand & made sure that I was happy throughout the process.

The floor fitters were organised, on time, respectful & brilliant with their work too.

10/10 - looking forward to returning for future purchases.

FLOORING UK HAVE BEEN GREAT, I ENDED UP HAVING TO RETURN SOME FLOORING. BUT I UNFORTUNATELY HAD OPENED AND MARKED ONE OF THE PACKS OF TILES, THEY WOULD NOT NORMALLY REFUND A PART ORDER. BUT THEY KINDLY OFFERED TO TAKE THE FLOORING BACK AND REFUNDED ME THE APPROPRIATE MONEY SEEING AS I WAS ORDERING A DIFFERENT FLOOR WITH THEM. BIG THANKS TO ADELE AND THE TEAM WHO HELPED ME WITH THIS...MUCH APPRECIATED. LOVING MY NEW FLOOR

I contacted the company because I did not receive an email confirming my order. I received a very prompt reply with confirmation that my order would be delivered later that day. When I received my vinyl tiles, they were packed very well, with robust foam padding to protect the corners. My experience has been very positive and Flooring UK will be my first stop for future flooring purchases.

Having issues with vinyl click flooring have emailed company 3 times since June and they have failed to respond they say on website any issues to email with pictures yet they not interested in sorting something that is ment to have lifetime warranty no doubt they will respond on here saying they haven't had email lucky I printed them off because I'm considering taking them to small claims court

Bought Naturelle Pale Grey Slate Tile SPC Rigid Core Click Vinyl Flooring from them and although the service was fine the product was absolutely terrible. Too thin and when walked on it unclicked. It may be OK if placed on a solid floor with nothing soft underneath it but with a soft underlay it was terrible. Laid and taken up within 2 days and sent to the skip.

It must be laid on a floor with no give at all or it will unclick. Nothing wrong with the supplier at all.

Flooring Uk have been excellent from beginning to end. We placed an order and received it in 2 days! Totally our fault but we realsied that we had ordered the wrong type of flooring. After speaking with Kate, she sorted it out that we re-ordered the correct product, paid for it and as soon as they received our first order back and checked it, we would be refunded. It all happened very smoothly and we would thoroughly recommend this company.

There was a problem with my order and Kate got in touch and offered a very suitable alternative that was delivered the next day. Very professional and friendly service

Placed a very small order with Flooring UK which we needed very quickly. Didn't think they would be so attentive for such a small sale but Kate was fantastic. Here communication was brilliant and we were able to collect the item from their warehouse as we were nearby. If only all companies had a Kate!

I bought Luxury Vinyl Flooring to my kitchen form Flooring UK which turned to be very low quality, especially for the price paid!

When the issue was raised with Flooring UK I was hit with arrogance, very bad attitude towards the client and I have been told not to bother them. When trying to get to the bottom of a problem they simply hung up my call, and never called me back after.

The MD of the company was so arrogant. He steered away from the issue and started telling me story family business pride, not sure what this has to do with faulty vinyls the sold me?

Horrible experience. The vinyls they sold me are in the bin, I don't want to go over stress dealing with these people.

My order arrived on time but one box had been damaged in transit which meant they couldn't be used. After contacting Kate in online sales she arranged everything and they replaced the damaged pieces without any trouble at all. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone brilliant 😀

I have just ordered a new carpet for my mum, having used Flooring UK twice before. The process from start to finish has always been very professional, friendly & very helpful from Shaun at the shop right through to the fitters. Well done to all. Thank you.

Great communication once ordered and delivered really quick. The LVT was a great product and was a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again and probably will.

Disgusting customer service womt admit there carpet is faulty flattened pile and backing is delaminating from the pile sandy dust every where looks like a 10 year old carpet after just 3 months worth of use state's on website heavy domestic carpet suitable for use on stairs and heavy trafficked areas yet complain and all of sudden I've chosen the wrong carpet for use on stairs and also blame it on poor fitting which is also total nonsense totally useless company that domt have clue what there talking about have text book excuses to.try blame everything else but the product they sell they have no knowledge of the products they sell either as there falsely selling products that arnt fit for the purpose they state on there website totally avoid at all costs domt waist your money on substanded products and awful customer service and any gaurentee is non existant.

Good quality product at a reasonable price.
Staff answered my question relating to cement floors in a speedy and knowledgeable response.
Delivery was also speedy and all planks arrived undamaged.

High quality flooring for a decent price and came fast. The flooring is nice quality too, and there were no damaged planks. The customer service team were also very helpful and allowed me to nominate day of delivery. I really wish that I could give more than 4 stars, but the courier service could be better.

The website states kerb side delivery (in my opinion it should be on the check out page to make this transparent to customers), and I appreciate this. However, the delivery driver left the palette outside the building. As I was home alone it took a long time to even move the tiles to a safe place; the driver refused to push the trolley 2 meters inside my downstairs foyer (no lifting required). I’m not asking for them to bring it to my flat, but at least help into a safe place? I organised someone to come and help me lift upstairs but would’ve been nice to have a slight bit of help, or allowing me to move the trolley inside.

Opting for a courier that helps with lifting (even for a premium) would really help people like me.

I ordered 70SqM of luxury vinyl click flooring on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Great I thought!

A similar quality vinyl from B&Q was £1000 more expensive, and would be delivered in 14 days.

It seemed like a no brainer to get your flooring from Flooring UK so I purchased.

The flooring was professionally laid but within 3 months, the vinyl started to lift. The vinyl click edges started to crack and broke off. It certainly is not waterproof. One section, under the dining table, looks like it has been down for 6 decades, not 6 months. I still have half a pallet in the garage and I think it is going in a skip. I wouldn't sell it because I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what we have been through. I feel duped!!

I would think twice before you order off this company.
