I ordered some of their Rigid core flooring as it is much cheaper than the EvoCore equivalent. Great product, seems very tough and was easy to put down.

I was so pleased with the flooring I placed a second order as I decided to use it in our hallway too.

Great communication by Flooring UK, fast delivery and the flooring well very well wrapped, not a single plank was damaged out of 110 planks.

Would definitely recommend.

When contacting Flooring UK we clearly stated no less than three times that the bottom of the door needs to be sawed and installed. The clerk said that it will be handled properly, Don't worry, the price quoted includes all items.
But the result is that the doors installation and bottom sawing are not done after the carpet is laid. When I contacted Flooring UK on the second day, the clerk said that each door will be charged 15 pounds. I have a total of seven doors. cheated? this is my experience

Good product, good price, really good delivery.

Found exactly what I was looking for on this site, great price and was able to order samples before buying. Product came really quickly, there was a slight hiccup, but I rang and spoke to Kate who dealt with my issue straight away. The next day I had everything put right and am very pleased with what I ordered.

Received an excellent product from Flooring UK, together with fantastic backup when we wanted to exchange for colour (initially we didn’t obtain samples in advance). Our timescale was a test for them but they came through superbly

We ordered new sheet vinyl for a large difficult area in the kitchen and dining room. Hughie and Danny the fitters were brilliant in managing to lay it in one piece and finishing off. They even prepared the uneven floor and completed a vey difficult project

I recently ordered some luxury click vinyl flooring from Flooring UK and have been impressed by both the product and the response received from customer service.
I received the order within a few days of placing it, and everything was in perfect condition. I had a query regarding the specific product I received, and this was responded too quickly and professionally by the company.

In today’s society, few companies have a customer service centre like this. Prompt yet polite replies, helpful advice and friendliness in abundance!

Equally, their products are of amazing quality and price. I paid double in a famous store for very poor quality. Will be purchasing more.

A tip: ask for free samples as Grey Mountain oak is much darker than in the picture. However, even if you do get it wrong, they will sort out any issue.

Excellent company, you actually have to see for yourself how well the packaging on your flooring is, great communication and very fast delivery.

Company recommended by my daughter who was very pleased with their service, floor lay and fitting.
We went to Warrington store after conversation on phone and was advised to go and view laminated and roll end carpets.
Spoke to Jason who was extremely helpful and gave good advice and a great price for supplying and fitting of our two bed bungalow with full laminate through lounge and hallways, and roll end carpets to bedrooms.
Jason kept great communication and delivered the laminate to acclimatise a couple of days before, Carpets were delivered in time, then Jason arrived on time on the day as booked and worked from 9am to almost 7pm right through fitting the laminate inc suitable underlay for under floor heating, and strips,
He included the fitting of cushion floor we bought elsewhere as not sold by Flooring U.K. to kitchen and bathroom too.
He did an amazing perfect job of the lot and we would very highly recommend!
The carpet fitters arrived the day after and also did a perfect fit of carpets to bedrooms.
The whole service went without any issues.
Jason returned today to fit additional door entrance with our left over laminate to finish the house off.
What a difference all the new flooring makes and we’ve had lots of nice compliments on it all and we’ve recommended on to others.

I have never used this company before so I took a chance and I'm I did. I did get sent the wrong colour for my floor so when I emailed them I got a response straight away very apologetic and within 2 days my new floor arrived that's good service when your problem is dealt with so quickly. Definitely use them again.

I just want to say how efficient your company is! I placed my order on Tuesday and it arrived in perfect condition on Thursday. I don’t usually buy online without knowing what the item looks and feels like, but this company was recommended to me because of their honest descriptions and fast delivery & competitive price. Visited and ordered in the Warrington showroom. Good service and lovely flooring for a decent price. Delivered themselves 2 weeks later (which I asked for). Would use again.

If I could give this company zero I would!!! Work the staff into the ground, misogynistic signage in staff areas, abusive texts to sub contractors, covering up customer feedback.. I could go on...

Edit: The responses to genuine customer concerns on TP, speaks volumes... supplying sub standard products and taking no responsibility for warantees...investigate away!

Fantastic service as always. I've used them twice and the full experience was as expected. Pleasant sales staff, fast and efficient installation and even moved the delivery date around for me a couple of times with no issues to fit in around other decoration plans/delays.
