Great deal
Great deal. Ordered 2 carpets. One carpet delivered on time - 2nd followed 2 weeks later [delivery issue with Abingdon]. Exactly what I ordered. [Comms could be better, had to chase the status of the 2nd carpet]. Delivery company used JD Delivery were fantastic. Carried carpet from roadside into my garage. No complaints whatsoever from me.
Mentioning Claire from sales very good and Natalie was excellent in post sale customer support.

Warning - Do not use this company!!!
Do not use this company. I have paid over £1k to them on 31st Jan. Was advised that carpet would be here on 14th Feb. No carpet. No communication. Cannot get them to answer calls, emails, social media messages. I feel I have been scammed.

Very shady company with terrible…
Very shady company with terrible customer service. I'm only slightly convinced it's not a complete scam. Consistently poor with communication, very unorganised, and unapologetic when my order arrived nearly a month late.

terrible delivery time.
terrible company!!! they said that the doors were in stock ( but I received them after 4 weeks) . Later I found out from other companies that the shipment from the main factory would be in 3 weeks( and it match with delivery to me) . But at the end they knew very well that they didn't have them at stock . I told them that I know 100% that they don't have them, And still listened to excuses ...

Ordered 3 lots of flooring and had emails to confirm order than another to say it’s been shipped , thank had a email a day or 2 after to say it’s not in stock and I was happy to wait but because there’s a glitch on the site they said I only paid for 1 roll and would have to pay for the further 2 if I wanted them …. Safe to say I cancel my order and got a refund . This was their fault I feel I had been misleaded and they would have honoured there site mistake !

Unfortunately as discussed in your emails you had only paid for one order and not 3, the other orders were showing at £0.00 value, hence why we contacted you. You did not wish to pay for the other two cuts and asked for a full refund, which we refunded you immediately.
