No communication
No communication at all. I had to email after a week about my delivery and I was told the delivery was the next day and I would receive a time slot in the morning. I called up as I hadn’t heard anything and was given the slot over the phone. I was really disappointed with the service. The delivery man was very nice however.

Great price and great svc
Great price and great svc. Shame it was let down by delivery,text saying will be here by 15.33, so as its curbside delivery only I arranged for a friend to be here to help. Was out and then got delivered text saying that they had delivered at11.10.
Very inconvenient as I then had to rush back home and try to find someone to help to move it.
