I made an error in booking the wrong date for tickets, so phoned FloridaTix and spoke to Penny, who thankfully managed to change the booking and refund the original. The whole experience couldn't have been any smoother or more efficient. Thanks for preventing a panic.

From the very beginning, Jennie at Floridatix has been absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help organise all of the tickets for both my family’s holiday and my sister Ciara’s family, and she made the whole experience completely stress-free.
