do not purchase off this site.

I am SO disappointed absolutely DISGUSTED with this brand. I bought a dress from flormiss thinking I was going to get a GORGEOUS dress just for it to NOT ARRIVE? On the DHL website it said my package was delivered? Yet when I arrived home no package was to be found. I emailed flormis about 3 times NO RESPONSE. I want my REFUND I want my MONEY. This is hard earned money I used to purchase a dress for my daughter I want it REFUNDED ASAP. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. do not and I repeat DO NOT purchase off this website.

I order a prom dress for my daughter and it came after her prom, I was very disappointed with flormiss. Now I'm trying to return the dress before I want be able to receive my refund I emailed them for a return label and haven't received any reply, and I was referred to flormiss but I will not referred anyone personally because this is not the way you do business with your customers

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They have 2 almost exact dresses. I was sent the wrong one in which I do not like n doesmt fit great. They refuse to exchange the dress n want to give me 15% discount . Smh. Nightmare
Update... they will not exchange the dress for the right one. They want to give me a 50% credit for there website instead. After 10 emails still nothing resolved . They say they want to make things right but refuse to do want makes me happy for my wedding . Than proceeded to tell to take my review down or they won't give me the credit 🤦🏼‍♀️

SCAM Stay away

Minus is more like it. I wanted to return the dress which arrived from CA and was told no. Keep it and get a credit. It took 6 emails back and forth to get them to accept the dress back. It cost me 32.50 to send the dress to CHINA. STOP payment on your order if it isn't right. It's the only way to keep from being scammed. The quality is lacking and the company doesn't stand behind their product. It is a SCAM.

If I could give them a minus zero I would. This company is a scam! Do not order anything from them.
I ordered a dress and they would not refund my money. The dress looked nothing like the picture. They wanted over $200.00 for shipping and handling. The dress cost a lot less than that.
They are scammers and no phone number.
Never order from this company ever!
This company should be shut down.
I contacted my bank and received my full refund within hrs.
Plz contact your bank if you get scammed by these low life people. The bank will go after them and you will get your full refund.

Inaccurate Reviews

The customer service department is wonderful and responsive so I would definitely like to commend them on this aspect.

I did receive my dress by the date expected and the stitching of the dress was well done.

However, the dress did not look nor fit as advertised. The reviews that are on the site has to be pre approved which in turn presents false information because it is ONLY positive reviews. This caused me to purchase the dress without hesitation because I just knew it would be great!
I would suggest the company allow all reviews to be posted to show people’s true thoughts about their items.

I’m deeply saddened by the price I spent, and to no avail did they reach out to me or respond and/or approve my review upon receiving the dress.

I would just make sure to check trust pilot reviews before purchasing from this company 😩

Dress arrived

Dress arrived - very cheap, poor quality fabric and design. Poor fit. Customer service is appalling - refusing to provide return address, insisting they want photos of the dress on and offering a mere 35% refund if I keep the hideous dress. Don’t be fooled by their standardised response - they have all my details and I have been contacting them frequently regarding returning the item. They will argue repeatedly to avoid refunding and now they claim they don’t have an order from me?

This company is VERY deceptive

This company is VERY deceptive. But at least they are polite about it. On their website, it says they accept returns within 14 days of receiving the dress, but they will not refund the full dress, even if you do everything they ask and the dress is in perfect condition. I even agreed to pay return shipping, and they still said they would only refund 85% of the dress, due to “re-inspection” and “cleaning”….. of an unworn unused dress. The dress was very cheaply made, and had extra details on it that were not in the picture. It was just not at all what I had wanted based on those pictures. And still, they will not refund the dress. The only other option was to get 40% of the dress back without shipping it back. (Which is about the same as 85% after also paying for return shipping)
I jumped through all the hoops they gave me, and they still will not refund. This is a scam company. Buyer beware.

If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give. This company is an absolute disgrace and I recommend you avoid at all costs. They have multiple different web address for their site, such as UK, AU and USA but is in fact a company based in China. The sizing is way off, who ever is making these dresses has no idea of correct sizes, and then when you try and get a refund they make it literally impossible. And clearly even the responses to these reviews is just a generic post with no actual care for their customers.

Don’t buy from this company- Buyer beware

My daughter bought her prom dress that she will be having in May. Her dress arrived last week and the size that was stated on the website should have fit her, but does not. ALSO, the dress does NOT look exactly like the picture on website, it is cheaply made and not worth the $300 she paid.
She had emailed them in order to get a return label as it states on the website because they don’t have a phone number to call (red flag) and they don’t respond back in order to process the return. I then began emailing them and they answered asking for pictures of the emails she sent, which I provided and they have now ghosted my emails!!
Horrible, horrible service!! My poor daughter used her birthday money to buy her dress and now she can’t even wear it and lost her money. Shame on you Flormiss for doing this!! So DO NOT BUY from here because they are not credible on what their return policy is!

Masquerading as a UK company

Masquerading as a UK company - they are in China and make returns expensive and difficult(only to China not to the return address on the packaging). Their UK sizes are way off. Don't use this company unless you want a load of hassle. They will just keep sending you the same statement if you complain and ask for very personal photos to be taken of the wearer. I was attempting to recover funds through Paypal and they just keep sending the same automated response, other emails are written in appalling English. Just giving up on it as the worst internet purchase ever after many years of buying online I will never buy clothing or anything else from a Chinese company - always identify the seller and location and use trustpilot if you do!

Not a terrible or great option for dresses.

I ordered my prom dress from Flormiss. My dress came in on time which is great. However the sizing wasn’t very accurate, also my dress looks like the picture but came with a rip in the seam on the front of the dress. I have seen multiple nightmare reviews about the return policy so I figured getting it fixed and altered would be easier but is also now an extra $75 for this dress.
