I randomly found this site and was doubtful about getting a graduation dress. The dresses looked nice in pictures, but I needed more info. Customer service helped with my concerns, and I ended up ordering a pink floor-length skirt.

The dress is very good in every aspect, and the color is what I want, but the logistics is a little slow.

Horrible, ugly. Itchy dress. No return address….and no phone number. They do not care about their customers. They are liars and crooks.

I paid $159 for a dress size 14, the measurments were not fitting at all.
when asking to replace the item with a larger dress that fit my zise, I was asked to send pictures of me wearing the dress. can you believe it??
I refused to send a picture and asked just to replace the dress and was answered as follow:
"We understand that size charts may vary slightly between different retailers, which is a common occurrence. Therefore, we encourage customers to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.
In summary, given that the size discrepancy may have arisen due to personal reasons, we regret to inform you that according to our return policy, returns are not accepted in such cases. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We are happy to apply a 10% refund to you as a discount on the dress or a 15% coupon on your next purchase. You may get a tailor to modify it to match the fit or just resell it."
